- "We had an amazing stay at Dubes at the beach!! Stan made sure we had everything we would need for our beach weekend. He was great to communicate with, responding in minutes. We didn’t have to buy any of the typical supplies for the house as they were generously provided by our host. The extra beach towels were definitely nice to have and everyone loved the paddle boards and additional beach chairs. This beautifully decorated home was very clean and super comfortable for our family of 13. Stan even provided a gift basket of snacks and gift card to Pompano Joe’s to enjoy during our stay! Our family loved being able to stay all together for our trip and we would love to return here some day! We definitely recommend staying with Stan at Dubes at the beach!!"

The first floor living area offers a wet bar, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Step outside onto the large deck and find an 8' x 14' Gulf-front pool and shaded dining area with a propane grill. Max pool depth is 5 feet.

The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with its professional grade Viking stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The guest room on this floor has a charming Romeo balcony, a large flat panel TV and king-size bed with a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk in shower and serves as a powder room for this floor.

The top floor houses the two remaining bedrooms including the master suite. Chill a bottle of champagne in the wet bar fridge and get ready to be dazzled by sunsets viewed from your private Gulf-front balcony with comfortable patio furnishings. The home has three (3) floors and three (3) balconies. Don’t worry about climbing stairs; in that, there is an elevator.

This townhouse is a part of the Frangista community which has a neighborhood pool. The pool is one street over from the townhouse. Within approximately ½ mile (short walk) of the townhouse, there are five (5) restaurants, a convenience store, beach store, coffee shop, wine store, and rental bikes/scooters. Silver sands outlet mall, with over 100 stores, is less than 2 miles. You will love the location!

Strictly enforced- Minimum rental age is 25 and identification is required to check in. We do not rent to college students. This property is strictly for family rentals.

I also wish the kitchen would have been a little more stocked with more trash bags/dishwasher pods/kitchen seasonings since we were there for so many days - but there are so many grocery stores nearby when you need something. I would recommend this house to anyone who has a large family that needs space and wants to be right on the water!"

- "We loved the location my daughter’s are 15 and 21 and their cousins were 16 and 18 with the youngest being 9 and they loved the area, they meet other teenagers from other states and had such a fun week with them also. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. There were nine of us and the rooms were plenty spacious. We enjoyed early morning and evening dolphin watching off the balconies. The beach chairs and umbrella set was awesome, since we had such a large group who loves being on the beach all day the chairs and umbrellas were a great added bonus. We only had to rent four extra chairs and one umbrella. The kids loved the bunk room they said the beds were comfortable which was amazing because most bunks are not. We would most definitely recommend this vacation home to everyone."
