- "We had an amazing stay at Dubes at the beach!! Stan made sure we had everything we would need for our beach weekend. He was great to communicate with, responding in minutes. We didn’t have to buy any of the typical supplies for the house as they were generously provided by our host. The extra beach towels were definitely nice to have and everyone loved the paddle boards and additional beach chairs. This beautifully decorated home was very clean and super comfortable for our family of 13. Stan even provided a gift basket of snacks and gift card to Pompano Joe’s to enjoy during our stay! Our family loved being able to stay all together for our trip and we would love to return here some day! We definitely recommend staying with Stan at Dubes at the beach!!"

A Pink Pearl is a beautiful beach front 3BR/ 4BA home is located in the heart of Frangista Beach. From the moment you arrive, you will be taken in by the exquisite Gulf views and stunning décor. Not a single detail has been overlooked in the design of A Pink Pearl.

The first floor living area offers a wet bar, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Step outside onto the large deck and find an 8' x 14' Gulf-front pool and shaded dining area with a propane grill. Max pool depth is 5 feet.

The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with its professional grade Viking stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The guest room on this floor has a charming Romeo balcony, a large flat panel TV and king-size bed with a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk in shower and serves as a powder room for this floor.

The top floor houses the two remaining bedrooms including the master suite. Chill a bottle of champagne in the wet bar fridge and get ready to be dazzled by sunsets viewed from your private Gulf-front balcony with comfortable patio furnishings. The master bathroom has California closets, light cabinetry and granite countertops, a walk-in travertine shower and a soaking bathtub. As noted above this home sleeps up to 16 people which is ideal for several families. The house includes two (2) master bedrooms with 'king' size beds. The home has three (3) floors and three (3) balconies. Don’t worry about climbing stairs; in that, there is an elevator.

This townhouse is a part of the Frangista community which has a neighborhood pool. The pool is one street over from the townhouse. Within approximately ½ mile (short walk) of the townhouse, there are five (5) restaurants, a convenience store, beach store, coffee shop, wine store, and rental bikes/scooters. Silver sands outlet mall, with over 100 stores, is less than 2 miles. You will love the location!

I also wish the kitchen would have been a little more stocked with more trash bags/dishwasher pods/kitchen seasonings since we were there for so many days - but there are so many grocery stores nearby when you need something. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. There were nine of us and the rooms were plenty spacious. We enjoyed early morning and evening dolphin watching off the balconies. The beach chairs and umbrella set was awesome, since we had such a large group who loves being on the beach all day the chairs and umbrellas were a great added bonus. We only had to rent four extra chairs and one umbrella. The kids loved the bunk room they said the beds were comfortable which was amazing because most bunks are not. We would most definitely recommend this vacation home to everyone."

Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach. You can also reserve your spot each morning through the Frangista Beach service vendor (La Dolce Vita) These aren't your typical chair and umbrella beach boys, the guys at La Dolce Vita can assist with all of your beach sports needs including but not limited to; bike rentals, jet skis, parasailing, surf board rental, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach going wheel chairs and even a floating adventure park! Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

- "We enjoyed our stay. We had no issues and the property was clean and no bugs. Be advised the lower level stairs are very slippery when wet. We loved the location and had no problem with being crowded on the beaches or anyone setting up in front of us. The king primary bed was very comfortable. The pull outs for the teens were not comfortable but they made it work. The shower pressure was great and we had plenty of hot water for all 10 to shower. We stayed nice and cool the entire time but extra fans were nice."

Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Get lost in paradise! Aqua is a stunning multi-level vacation home located in the cozy community of Frangista Beach in Destin. Perched upon the shores of a sugary beach, this home is where vacation dreams come to life. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three levels of Gulf-front balconies, and a private pool, this stately house can entertain up to 12 guests. After only a few minutes here, you’ll never want to leave!

The lowest level of this home features two guest rooms and a private plunge pool. The first guest room houses a queen-size bed and its own private living area. Visitors will also have access to a full hall bath. The second guest bedroom on this level features two queen-sized beds, a 50" flat screen TV, and a Pac Man game table perfect for the kids. Enjoy the luxury of secluded relaxation at the edge of your own pool, which overlooks the shimmering Gulf shores. The pool is surrounded by a cozy porch and lounge chairs, making it the perfect spot to sit back, sip a cocktail, and take in the incredible views.

On the second level, guests will find a great room that incorporates the living, kitchen, and dining rooms. A tropically themed guest bedroom with a king-sized bed is also on this level and shares access to a full hall bathroom. In the living room, you will find a tropical-inspired couch and two bucket seats that face a TV. On one side of this comfortable seating ensemble is a set of glass doors that open onto a beachfront balcony that looks out over the emerald waves. An aqua railing and aqua-colored seat cushions embody the home’s moniker, and also provide a unique setting for enjoying the beach environment. Inside on the other side of the living room, the space is dedicated to the dining area, where a glass-topped table sits surrounded by six chairs. The dining area flows into the gleaming kitchen, which includes stainless-steel appliances, a brick backsplash, sunny window, and ample counter space.

- "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️" - "We had a few issues with the property upon check in. Mostly minor, and most of them fixed promptly and properly. My only complaint really is the pool never got cleaned. There was trash from the previous tenant, but it was minor. I did purchase a broom to use. The last night of our stay, there was a giant cockroach in one of the bedrooms-but we killed it. We enjoyed that there was plenty of room and we weren’t “on top of each other”. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

DETAILS: The Gulf views from Le Fortune are tremendous! This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Gulf-front townhome sleeps 16 in Miramar Beach. Guests will love being able to walk directly down to the beach and can enjoy incredible Gulf views from all three floors.

Off the townhome’s entryway are a laundry area and a bunk room with full-over-full bunk bed and queen- over- queen bunk bed. A hallway leads to a spacious guest bedroom with a king bed, wet bar, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests can enjoy beautiful beach views through floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens to a grotto-style deck with a sitting spa. Guests can exit through a gate onto a wood deck with a gas grill and steps that lead to the beach below.

An open kitchen, dining, and living space enjoy floor-to-ceiling Gulf views on the second floor. A living area with 2 sectionals opens to an expansive Gulf-front balcony with an outdoor dining table. - "Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location can not be beat and the amount of bedrooms and beds gave everyone their own space. The beach views from each level were breathtaking. Couple of things—the bed in the primary suite was beyond squeaky. Any slight wiggle could be heard through the house and the mattress was not comfortable-at all. One of my kids had nightmares one night and I fell asleep on their bunk bed which was waaay more comfortable than the mattress in the primary suite. The WiFi isn’t great and could not be used from all levels. We had no WiFi from many areas of the house which was frustrating. Other than that—amazing home!! Great beach getaway."

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Welcome to Villa Royale!

This beautiful gulf front home offers stunning views from three levels of balconies. Villa Royale features 2,300 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms a private elevator with easy access to all floors. On the first floor, you can cook out on the grill and relax next to your own private splash pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king bedroom with a flat screen TV and Gulf Views. There is also a bunk bedroom located on this floor that is perfect for kids! The bunk room has three sets of twin bunk beds along with a flat screen TV. * The full bathroom located in the king bedroom is the only bathroom for this level*. Access for the splash pool is located through the king bedroom or the side of the home.

The second floor features a beautiful living area with a large flat screen TV for all of the family to enjoy. The living room will sleep an additional two people on the full size sofa sleeper. This area leads out to the spacious second-floor balcony, perfect for watching the sunset in the comfort of your own home. There is a beautiful kitchen (Standard coffee maker & Keurig available in the home), and a spacious dining room table with seating for six. There are also two stools at the breakfast bar. There is a full shared bathroom with a walk in shower. Completing this level is the Queen bedroom with a flat screen tv.

The third floor features two additional bedrooms. The first is a King Suite with a flat screen TV and private bathroom. Completing this level is the master suite which features a flat screen TV, large private bathroom with Jetted garden tub and spacious private balcony with the best view in the house!

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Villa Royale also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is also within walking distance to shopping and dining.

Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white chapel. Many brides are married on Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year!

They also make shuttling services hassle-free for weddings or events. Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Beach Service- Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer 2023 months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm from Mid May - Mid August 2023.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. A Pink Pearl is a beautiful beach front 3BR/ 4BA home is located in the heart of Frangista Beach. From the moment you arrive, you will be taken in by the exquisite Gulf views and stunning décor. Not a single detail has been overlooked in the design of A Pink Pearl.

The first floor living area offers a wet bar, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Step outside onto the large deck and find an 8' x 14' Gulf-front pool and shaded dining area with a propane grill.

The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with its professional grade Viking stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The guest room on this floor has a charming Romeo balcony, a large flat panel TV and king-size bed with a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk in shower and serves as a powder room for this floor.

The top floor houses the two remaining bedrooms including the master suite. This 3,700 sq. ft.home was featured on HGTV and Coastal Living magazine. Our luxury beachfront home has five bedrooms, five and one half bathrooms and a private 5' X 15' splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale large living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floor. This home features 40' wide balconies overlooking the sparkling waters of the Gulf on every level. All 3 outdoor levels provide seating and dining options.

Step into this spacious home to discover hardwood and travertine floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The first floor features a king bedroom with private bath and a warm inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, a 60” flat screen TV, wet bar, a queen sleeper sofa and access to the splash pool.

The second level hosts the main living area furnished with another 60” flat screen TV, a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, a dining table with seating for eight and a breakfast bar with additional seating. There are three additional bedrooms with their own bathrooms on the third floor. The third story master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a 50” flat screen TV. This room overlooks the beach with a private balcony. A secret bunk room (2 twin beds) with a 30” flat screen TV is located outside the master bedroom providing a kid’s retreat. There is a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and a 40” flat screen TV and an additional king bedroom with a private bathroom with a 30” TV on this floor as well.

The living area, with expansive Gulf views from every angle, is equipped with a 50" smart TV, queen, sleeper sofa and balcony with outdoor dining. Also on this floor, find a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony overlooking Frangista Beach neighborhood.

The gated courtyard with a gas grill provides the perfect place to prepare the fresh catch of the day. The first floor hosts 2 Gulf front bedrooms. The king bedroom has it's own wet bar with a Keurig, sink, ice maker, and beverage cooler, and 42" tv. The Gulf front queen bedroom has a 50" tv, ensuite bathroom walk-in shower, pedestal and vanity sinks, and private water closet. This unique bathroom, divided by pocket doors, is shared by the king bedroom. There is direct balcony and beach access from both bedrooms and the living area.

The second floor living area features a huge great room furnished with a comfy sofa, two oversized chairs and a 50” TV. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, a Viking gas oven, wine cooler, warming drawer, wall electric oven, convection oven and more. The dining room provides seating for six. There is a large bunk room on this level with 2 full-size beds, 2 twin beds, a 32” inch TV and a private bathroom with a huge marble walk-in shower with a marble bench, separate bath tub and marble vanity.

A master bedroom suite overlooking the Gulf is situated on the third floor.
