Stackable washer/dryer is in the garage along with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes that may be used.

There is a team during season but a couple of days it would rain in the mornings and the tram would stop running for the whole day. You can walk to the beach or rent a bike and ride but if you are carrying your own chairs and umbrella it makes that difficult. Also, the building is currently under construction due to a leak in piping so just expect that in the hallways. Great host and quick response when we contacted with our concerns on the building. If your looking for the perfect getaway for you and your partner/spouse this is it!"

We purchased this studio condo in January 2022. My husband, being a talented carpenter and contractor spent months turning it into a Coastal Retreat! We are happy to share it with you!

Located in The Village of South Walton directly behind Peddler's Pavilion, this Studio overlooks scenic 30A nestled between Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach. Our physical address is listed as Inlet Beach but if you plug that into maps it will map it incorrectly. Our Beach access point is Sunset Beach, directly across the street from Seacrest Beach.
Our condo has been completely remodeled with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps up to 4 adults but could accommodate up to 5 with small kids. There is a cozy King size Bed and one set of custom built bunks with a trundle. The condo features an electric fireplace for ambiance and a mounted 65 inch smart Roku TV. The Kitchenette has all the amenities you need to prepare a quick meal or snack. It is stocked with a 2 burner hot plate, Crock Pot, Rice cooker, Keurig, regular coffee pot, blender, microwave, Toaster Oven/Air fryer, dishes and an apartment size refrigerator. We provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

On the first floor of our building there is an onsite Laundromat with Credit card operated Speed Queen Washers and Dryers for guest use. You will also have access from inside our condo to the shared balcony that overlooks the pool area. Such a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the live music at Peddlers Pavillion!

All guests will have access to our Resort Style pools. 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills are available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave this Coastal Retreat.

The location couldn't be better! Enjoy live music and easy access for bike rentals at Peddler's Pavillion, as well as all of the amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer, you can park your car and never have to get back in it until it is time to leave. This 30A vacation rental is a great choice for a romantic stay for two, a small family vacation, or a small group of friends looking for a quick getaway!

Beach access is Super easy.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk directly down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. There is a Tram that can also drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. The complimentary tram runs regularly on a 20-minute schedule to the beach, pools, and shops. Amenity Wristbands are found inside of the unit. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the new resort pools as well as the private beach access and the Village tram

*Tram service is available March- October. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31. It is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be provided in your Booking Confirmation Email. We do provide beach chairs you are welcome to use but we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

The village complex has a large parking lot and you are welcome to park anywhere in the lot as available. There is no assigned parking. Golf cart parking is not allowed in our parking lot.

*This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

** All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and contact number or cell number for texting. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. It's a short walk to our PRIVATE beach and the swimming pools, includes 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella.
A small dog less than 20 lbs is allowed. Please include details when making a reservation request, as it is to be pre-approved as separate bedding is used. DOG DETAILS REQUIRED - breed, age, weight, spayed/neutered?

The space
The carriage house is set on 2 floors with downstairs being an open plan living area with kitchen boasting brand new modern appliances, granite tops, double-door refridgerator with an ice-maker and water filter. We have both a keurig and drip coffee maker and supply filter papers.


The living area is fully tiled and has a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV, which leads out to a secluded patio with gas grill and seating area. This is also the perfect setting to wind down with sundowners. The upstairs area has a full bathroom with his and hers vanities. The bedroom has hickory hardwood floors with vaulted ceilings and several windows allowing the natural light to shine in. We supply toilet tissue, paper towels, soaps for a few days and all linens including beach towels.

We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. We have a tram March thru October that will take you to our private beach.

Beach Access: Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. The deeded beach access for Seacrest is located directly across the street! Guests can walk to the beach within 3 minutes or take the complimentary golf cart tram by getting on the tram stop right outside our condo. This condo comes with the use of two backpack-style beach chairs that guests are welcome to take to the beach, as well as beach towels! Beach service is also available and can be reserved prior to your arrival (details are included in the welcome packet).

Starter Pack: We provide our guests shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Airbnb guests have a separate cancellation policy.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed under any circumstances. No more than 4 guests are allowed in the condo. NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. If guests violate this rule at any time they will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued.
