Clean, private, and affordable studio. About 20 minutes from town and 40 to pensacola city and their beautiful beaches. Destin is an hour and half away. There is a natural spring 20 minutes away and many more an hour and half away.

- "Likes: The property was less than 10 minutes from where we were having a family reunion which was ideal. The host was very personable and very accommodating. It was also very quiet and cozy. We had a very enjoyable experience. The local temperature was very hot and the sun proved to be an effective alarm clock. The unit is air conditioned but the heat was quite treacherous during the day. Luckily we spent our days enjoying activities with our family. It is a bit tight space wise but then again it is advertised as a tiny, tiny, tiny house. We arrived at night and this house is in a rural area. It was a bit difficult to find because of lighting."

The space
This apartment is attached to the owner's house with a private side entrance. Guests can pull up right to their door. Our space is designed to be your home away from home. With thoughtful amenities and a prime location, it's the perfect choice for a memorable stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal. There is a two burner induction cooktop and a microwave that is also an airfryer/convection oven. A full size fridge and a stackable full-size washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen area. All appliances are brand new.
The bathroom has a brand new shower with a beautiful river rock floor and a spa like feel.

The bedroom/sitting area is on the SECOND floor. You must be able to walk upstairs. Our unit is ideal for up to 2 guests and offers all the comforts you need. The bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The living space is comfortable and contemporary, perfect for relaxation. You'll find our space newly furnished with a modern touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay. There is a 55 inch TV that can be viewed from both the bed and the sitting area.

Our guests are also welcome to use our pool and firepit, but no parties.

We're committed to providing you with a peaceful and stress-free environment during your stay. To maintain this atmosphere, we have a strict no-smoking policy, and we kindly request no parties or events.

Newly constructed, the Loft at McFadyen Manor Homestead offers modern comfort with hometown charm. The lofted apartment has its own private, second story lighted entrance. The loft is a studio apartment which overlooks a stocked pond and pastureland. There is a queen bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom furnished with luxury toiletries. By choosing to reserve the Loft, you will have the privacy you need in order to relax while visiting our little slice of Heaven. You can grab a meal out at a local restaurant or cook one of your own favorite meals- as the Loft at McFadyen Manor Homestead. has a kitchen equipped with all the supplies you need to cook a great meal.

Guests will have access to fresh yard eggs and fresh milk, if interested as well as fruits that are available seasonally.

Other things to note
You are choosing to book your stay at a qorking dairy. That being said, please understand that we will be up and at 'em from before sunrise to well after sunset. The milking begins as early as 4am.

We do also have our own family of friendly pasture pets. Our animals are fed twice daily and do make some noise from time to time. We have barn cats and dogs that do roam the property, as well as pastured cows, goats, pigs, and free range ducks and chickens. Occasionally, we see wild rabbits, foxes, coyotes and deer, too.
