Our 320 sq. ft. studio apartment is simple yet has all the essentials to make for a relaxing getaway in Dothan. Located walking distance to all of Foster St's best places- including Mural City Coffee, KBC, and The Grand just to name a few.

The studio is located in the back apartment built off of the main house. The main house is also rented out as an airbnb but has a separate parking area and entrance to ensure maximum privacy for both sets of guests.

Small yet efficient, you will find everything you need in our studio. Full kitchen is equip with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. We have a Keurig and provide coffee and fixings.

The cathedral ceiling adds a loft-feel to our bedroom area. The bed is a queen. The smart tv is mounted in the corner of the room to be enjoyed either from the comfort of the bed or the sitting area.

The Lake Retreat is a ground level lakeside apartment.

Take a walk out to the lake via a spacious shared 2 acre lot, sit under the oak trees, outdoor patio, BBQ grill, stone fire pit, and dock.

The space
Overlooking beautiful Lake Eufaula, guests have their own ground floor covered patio that has a large table and plenty of additional seating.

Enjoy a scenic walk down to the dock and bring your fishing poles or enjoy watching the fish jump and the ducks walking and swimming around the lakefront while listening to sound of water and birds.

Relax on the patio or in the Adirondack chairs and experience a peaceful weekend away from the daily grind. A gas grill awaits your daily catches or other grilling favorites.

Enjoy a late afternoon or evening sitting around the fire pit soaking in the beautiful views or roasting marshmallows and hot dogs while you relax. It is perfect for a closer view of the lake, wildlife, and jumping fish.

Guests have use of washer/dryer laundry facilities in the boat garage. All water on property is reverse osmosis. Chairs, floats, and life vests are also available for guest use in the boat garage.

Guests have an entire ground level Lakefront apartment. Park next to your private keyless entryway on level flat land. Simply step outside to soak in the beautiful views from your patio.

Guests have access to a shared (owner) backyard, a dock for guest use, up to 2 docked or parked boats total permitted on property.

Enjoy the stone fire pit with updated Adirondack chairs and 2 side tables for drinks with entertaining and beautiful views the wildlife, and fish jumping, in summer months, it’s shaded for cooler. afternoons.

Great stable vantage point for passing boats without the ripples of being on the dock and subject to see up close how the pylons move with the water to raise and lower the dock.

We have found we sleep better without the wifi on at night. For everyone’s health, we unplug from the hours of 10pm - 9am. We appreciate your cooperation in this practice.
