It was far from that. The table and chairs you see in the pictures were not there. The 4 chairs at the bar, there were only 3. They didn't have enough plates and cups for 4 people. The glasses were plastic. The place was very dirty. We ended up staying at a hotel. Do not bother with this site. "

The guest complex sits in a woody area away from the noise of the street. It is a very quiet and secluded space. There are two queen bedrooms with their own private bathroom. Must climb 17 steps to reach the apartment. Heat and air unit available with separate smart televisions. The common area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and table. The outside area is equipped with a grill and picnic tables. The Oaktree provide ongoing shade for sitting and tables for eating as well. There is a driving trail that leads to the back of the property that can be used for walking during the morning hours. Free parking on the property.
The apartment is located 5 minutes from Applebee's and other restaurants. Uber Eats and Door Dash service the area. The gym is 5 minutes away. It is safe to walk or jog in the neighborhood as well. Bike riding is safe also.

Nevertheless, the beds were comfortable, and the TVs were fully functional. The location is not the best at all. Neighborhood is very beautiful but not the city. Albany is the worst place ive ever stayed in, 0/10 would not stay in this city ever again. If youre looking to hand wash your vehicle there is basically nothing around the area. However we all enjoyed the stay and would stay again."

We are minutes away from Proctor and Gamble and the Marine Base. Located in the downtown area, this apartment is easily accessible to nearby restaurants/fast foods as well as major department stores. - "This unit is cute and cozy. The decor was nice. The bathroom was very clean and the bed linens were clean and crisp. Those are the two most important things for me. I can’t use a dirty bathroom or sleep on sheets that I think may not be fresh. The Wi-Fi worked fine. This is not a luxurious spot if that’s what you’re looking for. The neighborhood was an established older neighborhood with lots of trees and homes. The unit was close to the hospital, which was important to me as I was in town for a family medical situation and knew I wouldn’t be spending much time there. The parking was adequate but I couldn’t park in front of the unit as residents who live there were parked in that spot. The unit is on the end, which is well lit. The rest of the units didn’t have lighting, so parking in those spots didn’t provide as much of a safe feeling. Nothing adverse happened, I just didn’t feel as comfortable not being able to see my rented vehicle easily from the window (female traveling alone). The price was very reasonable and the host was accommodating. He responded promptly when I contacted him. Overall a good experience."

- "The owner was a very poor communicator. I did not get a response for three days prior to the rental when questioning about amenities. I only heard from her a few hours before check in. The check in process was difficult. She sent the code separate from the instructions. The code was for the back, not the front. It was very confusing. The house was in poor shape and the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming. It was clean though. One night I heard gun shots, the next night there was a fight at 2 a.m. The walls between the two rentals are so thin I could hear the neighbor YAWN. The windows only have curtains and no blinds....including the window in the shower. I am glad I was a grown women and not a young lady. Also, I never got check out instructions. I washed the dishes and put the dirty towels in the tub. This was not worth the money I spent for week!"
