A Beautiful Bayou is a studio on the beautiful Carrabelle River and Poston Bayou, with a dock and 14 foot wide private boat ramp. There is also a public boat ramp a half mile down the road. Plenty of room for parking and trailer storage. Newly added concrete sidewalk to the dock and relaxing firepit and swing. This unit sits under the main house which is for owner use only. Fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, living room with pull out sofa and King size bed off of the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee on your own screened in porch!

- "The location to the Gulf is perfect for offshore trips. The dock is one of the best I have seen in the area. Even fishing off the dock was good. Nice view from screen porch when it’s not too hot. Everything was clean and nice large shower. Even a big covered concrete space. Only issue was the AC could barely keep up with the late August heat wave. Granted my wife and I keep our house at 69 in summer and almost never turn on the heat in the winter so other folks might be fine. Did not matter though we had a great time and plan to comeback. Oh and had no trouble pulling our 22ft offshore boat out of the water when we left at the boat ramp on the property. Just watch tides. Thanks for the nice place!"

One is small enough and firm enough it would sleep a child. The listing indicates 'Sleeps 6'. Which I'm guessing is 2 in the King Size Bedroom and 2 on each Futon.... If all 6 are adults, the 4 Adults on the Futons are going to be very uncomfortable. - So I would recommend only 2 Adults and 1 Child for maximum occupancy and Comfort."

- "Great place to stay while on a fishing trip. It's everything you could want after a day on the water." - "1. The website was deceiving. We thought we were renting a house not a room. 2. The stove was dirty, food around the eyes. 3. There were nats flying everywhere. 4. Dirty wash cloth on back of bathroom door. 5. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean before I could stay. 6. I found trash and garbage under the couch. ( I dropped something and had to move the couch to retrieve it) I could not get in touch with host to let them know. That is the bad thing about going through a property manager. I feel that if the host knew there were issues they would have resolved them. While I will not stay at the “room” again, I would be interested I. The RV sites located on the property."

Best dang view in Franklin County! Panoramic views of St George Sound (E), Dog Island (S) and the mouth of the Crooked River(W) all from 60 plus feet above sea level. Master is 350 sq ft, KG plus a convertible couch/full, double sliders, 2nd BD king & sliders.
All sliders open to a massive 2nd story deck. Kitchenette (see details). Plenty of parking for boats and RVs. A short stroll to boat launch, restaurants and bars. Real easy to forget about your worries in this spacious and serene space.

The Cliff House entrance includes stairs (stairway to heaven) that open up to an extra large 2 bedroom w/kitchenette apartment that boasts 3 sets of sliding glass doors that all lead to a "the" deck. The master includes 350 sq ft of open space, it's own full/shower bath including a king plus a fold out full. The kitchenette is a converted bedroom. It includes: microwave, small conven oven / air fryer / oven / toaster (I really like this mini oven), drip coffee, brand new 4 cubic mini fridge, utensils for 4, cooler, salt and pepper, seating for two with plenty of room for more seating (most eat on the deck).
