Lake Ella's part of Florida's "Old Spanish Trail," making it a great start for morning walks or jogs with a 0.6-mile paved walking trail that completely encircles the lake. The beautiful park features abundant wildlife, a pavilion, and shops making it a central place of activity for the city. There are also food truck Thursdays which usually have a live band. The American Legion and Black Dog are cafes across the street. There are also a dozen other shops and restaurants nearby!

Getting around:
Personal cars are welcomed but might not be needed if you plan to stay local. Commercial transportation is available via your app, and taxis are a phone call away. Tallahassee also provides a free trolly for exploring the town. Nearby businesses within walking (or biking) distance include Publix, UPS, CVS, a bike shop, and Painting with a Twist to name a few.

Quiet time rule:
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Use of public areas should be self-restrained and as quiet as possible during the quiet time. NO laundry work during the quiet time. We do request that your group demonstrate utmost consideration for other guests/the neighborhood during your whole stay. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time.

Event policy
NO events allowed. For violations, the hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of your stay. You may be asked to pay any potential loss due to your misbehavior.

Pet policy:
Max of 2 pets; fee applied. Must be counted when booking, including visitor’s pets. Pets cannot leave in the room unattended or properly caged.
Pets cannot use the public area nor any bedings. It is the guests' responsibility for their pets sleeping arrangements. We encourage the guest to bring their bedings if their pet sleeps/playe on the bed.
A little nice Beagle puppy may give you a warm greeting!

Public area policy:
Guests are free to lightly use the public area during normal hours and are asked to show full respect to other guests. No gathering allowed. The public area should be clean after use and kept in neat status. No personal stuff in the public area. Do not put any used dishes back to their original storage area. One guest can only use reasonable utensils and can keep them during their stay. Clean/put them into the dishwasher before you leave.

Laundry facilities usage policy:
You may need to check the availability of the laundry machine with the host. If you use hot water, avoid the time that other people may taking showers.

Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed outside near the front door.

Visitor policy:
No unauthorized visitors allowed. An extra guest fee will be charged for overnight visitors.

Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Ask for a grace period of up to 1 hour for free, but you are asked to allow the cleaning people to start the process if needed. Remove all of the trash in the room before you leave.
