Unit 202 – You will have our one bed/one bath condo to yourself. Our updated condo has new floors, a new KING TempurPedic bed, new refrigerator, new stove, new microwave and 2 new TV’s. There is a comfortable recliner in the living room and even the sofa has 2 built in recliners to enjoy the large screen TV. We provide coffee to use in the coffee maker or bring your favorite k-cups to use in our new Keurig. We provide: dishes, pots/pans, silverware, new toaster and coffee maker. Linens, pillows, soap, towels and dish soap & dish wash cloths.
We have a 17 slip boat dock with two fish cleaning stations. Ask about getting your complimentary pass to dock here- first come, first serve. The public boat ramp ($5.00 fee for launch and pick up) is one block away and we offer trailer parking onsite. (AND coming summer 2022 a second marina steps away from condo)
Our unit overlooks the pool and the new tall Adirondack chairs on the patio are a comfortable way to enjoy the amazing sunsets. You will have access to our beautiful pool and family fun area including corn-hole, horseshoe games and more, plus the secure boat dock. Sorry - No elevators available. There is a shared laundry room on the first floor - contact the office for access.

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in minimum $250.00 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
Steihnhatchee has several waterfront restaurants and bars, boat ramps and walking paths. It is also within a 30 minute drive to Keaton Beach and the list goes on and on.... not to mention the great Fishing!

Property is a two story home located one block from the Steinhatchee river. The downstairs apartment is a two bedroom, one bath and efficiency kitchen. It has a newly added bath with shower, a kitchen area with a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee pot, breakfast buffet area and tv's in each room.
There is a laundry room, picnic table, burn pit and plenty of parking for vehicles and a boat trailer. We are a golf cart community. Feel free to bring your own or rent one locally.
The property was set up with fishermen and families in mind. Very affordable, clean and well stocked. Very close to restaurants, grocery and marinas.
