We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 15% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through this app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).

We have a drip coffee machine, it can brew a steaming hot cup with single-serving or an entire pot of fresh coffee, per your preference. I’m also happy to provide coffee and filters, on the house :) If you have a specific brand of coffee that you enjoy, you're welcome to bring that, too.

It has been recently updated and has new floors, paint and decor. The apt. is located on our quiet country organic blueberry/blackberry farm and distillery. Plenty of parking for your car/truck or boat. WE ARE ONLY 10 Minutes away from UF Health Leesburg Hospital. We are only about 30 minutes South from The Villages (retirement capital of the world). The apt. is an open flat concept it has one bedroom with one bath/two beds and a full kitchen. We encourage our guests to walk next door to the famous German bakery that is within walking distance or buy and pick some of our yummy blueberries/blackberries. We have just started our very own distillery here on the farm made out of our blueberries and we are the first organic/gluten free distillery in Florida and make moonshine, and brandy. It is now available for sale. Come visit our store for our popular moonshine or pickup one of our homemade pies. We have multiple goodies and unique items for sale. We are conveniently located under an hour to all popular area attractions like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, the beaches of Clearwater or New Smyrna/Daytona. The bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. The second bedroom contains a daybed. a long term rental to a furnished vacation rental in summer 2018. This is a very charming old country farm house with a large porch. This is the first "snowbird" season in which all three rentals are occupied and it has worked out very well. Our renters can be as private as they wish or socialize with other renters and us.

(A fold-out cot accommodated an overnight guest, but it was a tight fit.) This attic apartment has a window on each side of the house, and rooms organized in the shape of a cross: the kitchen and eating area at the long end, a large bedroom at the other, a bathroom in the dormer on one side, and a sitting-room in the dormer on the other. The location is remarkable: the downtown is within several blocks; the Community Building where we saw a number of shows is less than a block away; a stroll each day to the wonderful boardwalk is a good stretch of the legs; nearby church bells toll noon each day. Mount Dora is an excellent place to escape a Canadian winter, and this quaint pine-floored apartment served us well."
