**Florida Environment and Pest Control:**
Florida's warm and humid climate is home to a variety of creatures, including but not limited to, ants, spiders, flies, fruit flies, roaches, palmetto bugs, lizards, frogs, etc. We maintain a regular pest control service to keep these pests at bay, but we cannot completely control the natural ecosystem. If you encounter any pests during your stay, please inform me immediately, and I will arrange for our pest control company to address the issue promptly. No refunds will be given if any bugs are seen.

**WiFi and Internet Service:**
Our WiFi is provided by Frontier and while we rarely experience issues, weather or other factors beyond our control can occasionally cause disruptions. If I receive any notice of service outages, I will notify you right away with an estimated timeframe for resolution. Usually, a simple reboot of the router can resolve most connectivity issues. Should you experience any persistent problems, please let me know so I can contact the internet provider to resolve them.

The space
A bright and airy space. 1100 square feet of living space, plus a patio overlooking the pool. Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. A fully equipped kitchen, bright bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds and large closets. Central air conditioning to keep you cool in the Florida summers.

The two swimming pools are open year round and heated by the sun. Both pools were just renovated and have new pool furniture and umbrellas.
We are close to shops, boutiques, dog parks, lakes, grocery stores and so many yummy restaurants! Lakeland offers something for everyone-Food Truck Events, Car Show's, Art Show's, Parades, Theatre, Concerts, Weekly and Monthly Markets, Murals, Baseball, Air Show's, BBQ Festivals...just to name a few!

This cozy mother in law suite is a duplex that shares a wall with the main house but not an entrance.

You will be blocks away from a neighborhood playground as well as beautiful Lake Hollingsworth.

Being in the heart of Lakeland, you are never far from entertainment or nature. It's almost equally distant from Orlando and Tampa at about a 45-minute drive and the beach being about an hour and 20 minutes away. All that downtown has to offer is just 2 miles away.

It's about 45 minutes from Tampa and 50 from the disney parks.
