You will be provided with 2 key fobs. Lost fobs will incur a $25 fee.

The Neighborhood:
This is an up and coming neighborhood with new development all around. Many chain and local restaurants are nearby. This building is located on the campus of the Sarah Vande Berg Tennis and Wellness Center. This campus features a world class racquet sports facility that attracts athletes from around the world. We have partnered with the facility to offer our guests discounted fees.

- "amazing, super easy check in and great place to stay if you’re looking for a home away from home" - "Quiet, clean, cozy spot. Good AC and facilities." - "New property. Comfortable, with easy check in and out. It is new and has the bare minimum of what you need. However, it is still in construction mode. We had a lot of minor issues that can be fixed but added up to a not so great stay. First off, it is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. We tried to find out this info prior to our stay and couldn’t get an answer until 4pm that day, with 2 kids under 2 this is difficult. Second, it is listed as a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twins in the second. Both rooms had twin beds and the one room the beds were pushed together but with a 5 inch gap because of the frame. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable as well. Because of the construction going on it was cleanish. Everything looked clean to the eye, but places like under the couch had a layer of dust. I would have never noticed if I didn’t have kids playing on the floor. Also, due to the construction I got a screw in a tire. There are boxes of screws at every door which again with kids around is a hazard. Safety and accessibility are the final concern. My husband was here for work and had to work late, multiple fobs to different units were left in the same lockbox. So, if I were to leave our fob for my husband to come back someone random could have access to our unit. With me by myself with 2 kids it felt unsafe. It’s in the middle of nowhere and 30 mins at least to do anything. It was literally our only option of places to stay. Overall it was fine, just was lacking in a lot of areas."

- "My 95 year old Pop and I had a great time! The place was impeccably clean. Our relative was in the hospital and rehab while we were there and our location was convenient to both. Plenty of fresh towels. Beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Was able to drive toward the side of the building which was great since my Pop is on a walker. Relatives came over for two hours and we played ping pong and chess in the room. All in all an excellent experience and would stay there again. Very minor issues were: need to fix blinds in one bedroom, and get FoxNews on Hulu ( may have been my fault since I am not an expert on that). Evaluation on ABC scale: A.
