Enjoy a pet & family friendly neighborhood, take a stroll by he pond and you might spot turkey's, squirrels, ducks, ospreys, owls, egrets, sand cranes, turtles, raccoons, armadillo's and an occasional deer if your lucky! An hour away from Bush Gardens Tpa, St Pete 's sugar-sand beaches, Lowry Park Zoo, MOSI, & Weeki Wachee River; 2 hours from Mount Dora/Disney Orlando; 20min away from Tarpon Sponge Docks, Dunedin, quaint coastal tourist attractions and Malls. Studio attached to main residence, own private entrance. Normal living noises.

- "As this was my first rental on VRBO I was tentative but rewarded by my choice. My hosts, Wilna and Andress were attentive and caring without being intrusive. Their unit was as described furnished in an eclectic manner. The area was safe and enjoyable to walk in. Restaurants, golf courses, gyms, etc. can all be located by using a google search of your requirements. Although there are not laundry facilities on location there is a laundramat on Hwy 54 and Madison Av. in the WinnDixie Plaza. It is open from 6:15 AM to 8:00 PM with an attendant on location who will wash, dry, and fold laundry by the pound. There are brandnew industrial washers and dryers which are reasonable priced as well as outside tables to sit at with a restaurant next door. I would stay there again when I return to this area of Florida."

Having problems with your door code upon check in, just ring the "Ring" doorbell, and we will grant you immediate access and reset your code. The property does have security cameras on the outside of the property (front driveway, entry ways, backyard, and alleyway) that does record and provide you with peace of mind.

By walking into the backyard through a secured gate (security camera) you can easily access an alleyway that will take you right to Jimmy's restaurant and the rest of downtown without having to walk on any of the roadways.
