- "As this was my first rental on VRBO I was tentative but rewarded by my choice. My hosts, Wilna and Andress were attentive and caring without being intrusive. Their unit was as described furnished in an eclectic manner. The area was safe and enjoyable to walk in. Restaurants, golf courses, gyms, etc. can all be located by using a google search of your requirements. Although there are not laundry facilities on location there is a laundramat on Hwy 54 and Madison Av. in the WinnDixie Plaza. It is open from 6:15 AM to 8:00 PM with an attendant on location who will wash, dry, and fold laundry by the pound. There are brandnew industrial washers and dryers which are reasonable priced as well as outside tables to sit at with a restaurant next door. I would stay there again when I return to this area of Florida."

- "The property was perfect size for 2. One singular outlet in the kitchen meant that you had to switch out cords for coffee maker, toaster, hot plate or desk lamp for each use. Temperatures outside were cool as expected in December, but there was no heat to warm things up. It took two days before I was sent the internet password, but it kept saying "invalid" and I could not contact the owner through VRBO. So, we just went without it as we had only 1 day left in our stay. Lastly, there is a 3 inch drop in the tile floor which we were not made aware of by signage or notation. I actually mis-stepped and fell when we first arrived. Obviously, we could not communicate with the owner on any of these issues."

Located in a quiet neighborhood on Treasure Island in NPR. This is a beautiful waterfront vacation rental for two... Enjoy a romantic evening on your private, covered balcony after a day of lounging poolside or fishing and kayaking from the backyard.

Being west of 19 and close to Main St, we are in walking distance of all of the fun events in New Port Richey. We hope that you have some time to enjoy the local restaurants, pubs, and events in Downtown New Port Richey!

This is a beautiful waterfront vacation rental for two. Set up is similar to a studio apartment or in-law suite. Upstairs a catwalk connects the bedroom and living room, opening to a private deck overlooking the canal. From the kitchen below, doors open to the water, dock, pool area, and patio.

The bayou leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Kayaks and fishing poles are available for you to use while visiting! Set sail for a day on the water. It is only a 10-15 minute paddle to the gulf from the backyard.

This 1000+ sq/ft suite is attached to my home, sharing the yard and driveway - no interior areas are shared. In the backyard, there is a large pool with sitting areas in the patio and on the docks. Kayaks and fishing poles are available in the backyard. A gas & charcoal grill as well as a Green Egg are on the dock, ready to be used! A crab trap is attached to the dock for your use and enjoyment if you want to catch your own dinner.

We have two very friendly dogs that usually stay in my house but have access to the backyard - the large dog's name is LeeLa and the smaller dog is Dexter. If you don't like animals, please let us know and we will keep them in the house during your stay.

Our neighborhood is RV friendly, as we have electric and water hookups nearby. Let us know ahead of time that you will be traveling in your RV or that your friends are coming to join you in their RV and we will be sure to have things ready for you to pull up and plug in. The Summer Lakes community features a lot of little lakes and lush areas is where this apartment is located. You’ll be about 40 minutes north of Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater Beach and also Busch Gardens

Theme Park which makes for a fun day trip. The beach is only about 6 miles west, on the Gulf of Mexico, so you can catch the sunset there, maybe a wild dolphin sighting, and there are great restaurants along the coastal towns and you’ll definitely award-winning restaurants and breweries in downtown New Port Richey, just 3.5 miles from the home! And lastly, you’ll be about 20 minutes north of Tarpon Springs which has lots of parks, lakes, and scenic areas for picnics and activities for all ages!

The apartment is about a 35-40-minute drive (31 miles) from the Tampa Bay International Airport (TPA) and 23 miles from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (PIE) but could be a longer drive. The best is to check G@@gle Maps or Waze app to get the exact time of travel at the time you plan to go.

You have access to the entire apartment on the end and your private parking space area one covered parking and plenty of guest parking at that end of the building. You also have a space to sit out front of your apartment and out the back which is private. There is a bocce ball set which you can use for Lawn bowling and there are horseshoes which can be set up out towards the Wyoming Avenue sandy area of the property. Please return all the toys you’ve used back to their original storage places and try to keep the property nice and neat.

THEMOSTAT:
How to use the thermostat. You can leave the thermostat on auto setting. It is now set to 78 on the cool cycle and 68 for the heating cycle. You can change it if you’d like to. We most often leave it on 75 for cool and 70 for heat. Use the up and down buttons to get the temperature where you want to set it. Its that easy! Wait a few minutes for it to start up.

When you leave the house for long periods of time, please put the timer back on the settings you found them on which would be 78 for cool and 68 for heat.
