It is small, about the size of an average hotel room. It has a kitchen though, stocked with dishes and supplies so you can prepare your meals in the unit if desired. The Murphy bed was very comfortable & there was also a futon/couch which can be folded out as well. It would probably be pretty tight for 4 adults to stay here, because with both beds out there wasn’t a ton of extra space… but this condo was perfect for the 3 of us, especially since we really just needed a place to sleep. We didn’t spend much time inside during our stay because there is so much to do in the area! There is a balcony/porch area on each side of the unit, and tables and chairs on both. The only thing I had trouble with was from VRBO, they failed to get us the check in info on time, so I had to call the property owner when I arrived at the property. He was very apologetic & extremely helpful, stayed on the phone with me until I was in the unit. Overall, I would definitely rent this unit again on my next trip to the area!"

Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, or beach. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Parking: This unit accommodates 2 parking spaces underneath the light blue building next door. A parking pass is required.

Real value for the money. Enjoy the view of the Gulf and the Bay from our 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of the carriage house. Its located 100’ back from the beach on the courtyard. Enjoy the views of the water all around you from the many windows or sit out on the small balcony from the master bedroom and watch the yachts go up and down the intracoastal waterway. This is our second largest unit. Queen size bed and two twin beds are ideal for an enjoyable family vacation on the beach.

The apartment was clean even though it shows signs of wear, which we were totally ok with. Old does not mean dirty. The beds are comfortable with nice linens, the kitchen is well stocked, and there were beach towels (6). lots of beach chairs, toys, floatys, and unbrellas for all even if all the apartments were full. The outdoor seating was huge (the furniture was comfortable and very sturdy) with plenty of seperate areas to sit or relax under an umbrella or even lay in a lounger to catch the sun without feeling like you were sitting with other tenants. The beach is directly out the front door and it was very clean with beautiful white sand. we loved the idea that this isnt a huge condo, owned by "who knows", instead this is a family that "loves" their house enough to share with others. We would definately return to this location. Thank you Curtis and family for opeing your family owned business for people like us to get away too. There is something to be said about "Family Owned". Its getting lost amongst all the 10 story condos. We hope this home survives with many years to come."

I think it may have been the sofa? We draped a blanket over it and with the Lysol was fine. We did not care to sit on the small balcony, as it abuts up to a business, so opening any of the blinds would have caused a definite privacy issue, as they and their guest could view right into the place. We did enjoy being close to the water and the restaurant right through the parking lot. I would say that it's a fine place to stay if you're just wanting a place to rest your head and will be mostly out and about."

The only few things is that one of the beds was terribly springy and the lovely bed was in a room where the property lights flooded through the wooden blinds making it seem like daylight. The Space:
This unit was not damaged during the hurricanes. However, The lower level units and the pool did sustain damages. Pool and lower unit repairs are underway. Construction activites should be expected during working hours. Ask about local discounts for displaced residents and contractors discounts.

This is a small studio apartment. Approximately 325 sq ft. The unit is clean and comfortable with recent painting and some new furniture. Although the interior may be small, it is perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway.

Getting Around:
This location is great if you want to do little or no driving. Several restaurants and bars within walkable distance. Less than 2 miles. Public beach trolley has a stop right in front of our building going either direction. For $1, you can get to any of the other beach communities. Uber and Lyft are also plentiful.

This bright and very tastefully decorated condo is located at Mariner's Pointe in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores. Living area, dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen, all overlooking a wonderful outdoor patio. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the wildlife for a great start to your day. The master bedroom with a comfy king sized bed opens up to the balcony as well. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed plus twin sized bunk beds. The split floor plan offers privacy and is great for a group of friends or a family. This amazing place also feature free WiFi and a full size washer/dryer in the condo.

If you like to fish, no reason to leave - there's a private fishing pier at the property.

Indian Shores is quaint beach community offering a variety of shops, stores and a beautiful sugar sand beach!

We know the main attraction here are the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. However, there are endless places, restaurants, and activities at laid back Indian Shores you must try while staying here. Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog & Parrot Beach Pub, and more!

If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. The barrier island is mostly vacation rental condos with some restaurants and souvenir shops. The beach is easy to access and is very quiet in comparison to most US beaches. Speed limits are strictly enforced and crime is essentially non-existent.

We loved our stay here! Enough room for my family and my parents without feeling like we were on top of each other. Short walk to the beach which we enjoyed. Finally, the hospitality did not go unnoticed. Having simple things available such as toilet paper, paper towel and soap helped us feel right at home immediately.

This condo was spacious and had a great layout. The hosts were easy to communicate with and their instructions were clear. The king bed was very comfortable! It was very to walk to the beach and we appreciated that there were beach towels, toys, chairs and a wagon. Staying here made vacation feel easy.

We loved the condo! Great location, clean property, lots of amenities. We stayed here with another couple and it was perfect for us. They have bikes, kayaks, and beach supplies to use. We had a question and the owner responded quickly. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pet Policy: We can accept 1 small dog ONLY that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, or beach. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit has 1 parking space and limited guest parking. A parking pass is required. If there’s no additional parking underneath the building you can park in the white broken shells south of the building.

Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Pet Policy: We can accept 1 small dog ONLY that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, or beach. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit has 1 parking space and limited guest parking. A parking pass is required. If there’s no additional parking underneath the building you can park in the white broken shells south of the building.

Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more.

Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream.
