We have provided many extra touches: drip Coffee Maker, with filters and coffee, toaster, blender, electric mixer, microwave, stove/oven, large size refrigerator with bottom freezer, ice trays available, can opener, kitchen cutlery, steak knives, utility scissors, cooking utensils: slotted and full spoons, slotted and solid spatulas, whisks, potato peeler, measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, cutting board, dishes, bowls, plates, cups and glasses, half gallon pitchers, fry pans, cooking pots and pans, baking pan, and so much more. We provide hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, sponges, cloth and paper kitchen towels, and extra trash bags. We provide bath towels, hand towels, and hair dryer.
We have a smart TV that is linked to the wifi, so you can access and watch your favorite programs with your personal accounts at such sites as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon. The bath room has a shower and a tub. The house has central air and heat (and we ask that you keep between 72-76 degrees, if comfortable for you) The rooms have new ultra quiet ceiling fans. Closet in bedroom has a shelf and hangers on rod. There is a blanket and an extra pillow, iron and board, 2 beach chairs and a cooler bag. We have tried to make the apartment a great value for your needs. Let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate if possible and reasonable :)

This apartment is in the front part of a single family house that was converted into a duplex. You'll be stepping into the living room, and then the full kitchen will be to your right, and the bathroom and bedroom straight beyond the living room to the left.

Parking for up to 2 vehicles in front of the entrance. Please leave the drive way to the back area open and available at all times.

The back apartment may also have Airbnb guests from time to time, and the garage has a workshop that is often used by property manager.

No Pets Allowed. Owner is highly allergic. If you have a service dog, we MAY be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis, and would require an extra cleaning fee.

You have the whole upper apartment to yourself. You will have your own entrance and driveway on the right side of the property and there is a stair in the back going up to the apartment. There is a little back patio. Washer and dryer on premises. There is a yard that is currently not fully fenced but feel free to walk your dog around the yard. You will be sharing the backyard with our guests downstairs. Please remember to clean up after your pets! We will gladly provide you pet waste bags should you need any.

Other things to note
This is an older Florida neighborhood that has a working class vibe. We have guests that didn't mind it and some that did. Please be aware of all of these before you decide to book with us. If any of these does not sound like something you would enjoy, we would encourage you to book elsewhere. We'd be glad to have you if these are not a concern for you.

There are two security cameras that monitor the front of the property. Both driveways are monitored for security. There is a Ring Doorbell located at the front of the apartment. It is active for security and entry assistance.
