Our studio is 4 miles from Clearwater & 5 miles to Indian rocks Beach. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, local parks, museums, cruises, and a variety of nightlife. Enjoy jet skis, bike trails, tennis, parasailing, and pier fishing!
The space
The studio is located on the front of our home with a separate entrance and keyless entry for Self check in. Parking is available in front of our home during your stay. The studio is 160 square feet and has a Kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster & Keurig. The bathroom comes stocked with needed amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also have a hairdryer, ironing board and iron available underneath the kitchen sink. The studio has a queen size bed always freshly made with white linens. The studio comes with a tdesk, smart TV, & private router for fast Wi-Fi. Netflix, Disney+ & regular channels are available.
We also provide 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay.

This cottage on the trail is a gem. It is an easy one mile bicycle ride to downtown Dunedin and a quick stroll to waterfront Edgewater Park to watch sunsets or see the lights of Clearwater Beach across the intracoastal waterway. Circular driveway with a carport for off street parking.
The cottage is equipped with a Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, as well as beach amenities and wifi. There's a fenced back patio for you to enjoy our beautiful weather!
The space
Our space is has what you need to make your stay perfection!
Cottage is a one-room studio with a kitchenette and bathroom that is cozy for two. There is a queen size bed with high-end linens.
This space is welcoming and comfortable. The location is fabulous and a mile walk north on the Pinellas trail will land you in Dunedin, a fantastic town with lots to see and do.
If you're happier with some quiet time, the backyard patio is a great place to relax with a book. Or grab some beach supplies from the shed and head to Clearwater Beach, the causeway, Honeymoon Island State Park, or Caladesi Island.
After a day in the sun or on the trail you can stream a favorite movie from your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu account on the smart TV using the available 5G wifi.

The entire cottage is yours as well as covered off-street parking directly outside of the door. If your vehicle is too big for the carport, please park in the circle drive.
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
You may park in the carport directly outside the cottage door. If your car is too big for the carport, please park in the circle drive but pull forward so you don't block the carport and I will park there. :-)

This charming casita is a guest house located walking distance to downtown Dunedin, the Blue Jay's stadium, and short distance to downtown Clearwater and Clearwater beach. Steps to walking along the intracoastal for a walk or bike ride on the Pinellas trail. Conveniently acccessable to anything you may need for your stay. There is no shortage of things to do; shopping, water sports, fishing, biking, local parks, museums, cruises, etc.. Lots of variety for during the day and for night life.
The space
The guest house is located in the back of our home with a private entrance and keyless entry for self check in. Parking is avaialble to the right of the house next to the fence. This is a completly detached one bedroom Apartment.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and the sofa in the entertainment area has a pull out queen bed to comfortably accomodate 4 people. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, airfryer, microwave, cook top and Keurig. The bathroom comes stocked with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and much more. Iron and ironing board are avaialble.
There is a desk for your work space if needed. A smart TV, Wi-Fi and access to Direct stream with Netflix, and regular channels available.
Beach towels, chairs, beach games, and kyaks (for a fee) are avaialble for your stay.

We are in between two major league spring training stadiums. Ten minute walk to the Blue Jays stadium and a 10 minute drive to the Philly's stadium. Clearwater beach is a 30 minute bike ride or a 15 minute car ride. Walk or bike along the water and see the sunrise or sunset. The Pinellas bike trail is just down the street which is a bike trail that takes you through out Pinellas county (75 miles in total) There is easy access to St Petersburg and Tampa as well as all the other charming quaint towns in the Tampa bay area.

Welcome to the beautiful city of Clearwater, and to our newly renovated Vintage Style Guest house. Conveniently located within 0.5 miles or 7 minutes walking to clearwater downtown, and 3 miles or 7 minutes driving to the famous and award winning Clearwater beach. Easy access to local restaurants, bars, stores, and parks. This comfortable guest home features unique layout with Vintage-modern decor, free WiFi, smart TV, LVT flooring and sleeps up to 4 people. It also offers one free parking.
The space
This home offers 2 bedroom (one king size bed, and one queen size bed) one full bath, full kitchen, dining and Livingroom with a queen sofa bed. Sleeps up to 6 people. It has laundry on site, a large backyard, and free parking on site (one parking space only. Visitor parking upon request). Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). Parents are responsible for making sure all is safe for their children. There are not child locks on the cabinets/outlets etc.
Security camera outside the entry door and parking area, smartlock (codes expire upon check out), central air conditioning/heating. Pets are welcome but must be approved. $80 pet fee per stay, and only pets under 35 lb allowed.

This is a pet-friendly 1/1 apartment with a private balcony to hang out. The apartment is located at the second floor of a duplex residence completely separate from the ground floor apartment with its own entrance. Guests need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the main door of the apartment.
**Because pets live on the property and the yard is shared with other guests, we MUST know of animals included in bookings. Animals are to be leashed when outdoors. 2 animal max unless we give the ok
