The Mint Julep is a comfortable studio apartment and has all that you need. Wonderful outdoor space with seating for 4 on the deck. This unit has a full kitchen, stocked with coffee pot, microwave, full stove and full refrigerator. It boasts a large and comfortable queen bed, breakfast nook and relaxing living area for enjoying television or reading. The television can be seen from both the living area as well as the bed.
