The space
The Blue Heron Bungalow is a great studio apartment. It features a queen size bed tucked away in a cozy area. The day bed doubles as a single bed and there is trundle bed underneath. You can comfortably sleep 4. Huge deck area for that morning coffee or afternoon wine.

Walk to downtown Winter Garden. Less than 30 minutes to Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, and an array of other attractions.

Welcome to our secluded away from home. Minutes away to supermarkets, shopping stores, dining, and 25 minutes away from theme parks and nightlife. Approximately a 40-minute drive to the Orlando International Airport. 16-minute drive to Downtown Winter Garden, as well as the historic downtown Clermont .

We have a dedicated parking area for guests who are traveling with moving trucks, boats, rv's and work trucks.

The space
Open feel ground level, 2 bedroom apartment with amenities needed to feel that you are not far away from home. Views throughout our property are breathtaking. during the Christmas holiday season, we add some festive cheer to our place with a view. a little touch to make you feel at home during the holiday season.

You will have access to our picnic area, also pool access by main residence. Unlimited access of the panoramic views around our property.

You will have your own designated parking spot and or other area approved by host.

We are on property to answer any questions, make recommendations and assist you in any way we can to make your stay more , additionally we require that parents of small children NOT change their babies on the white linens. We ask that anyone that wears makeup use makeup remover cloths or pads and not use our linens to remove makeup. we take pride in providing good linens and these requirements are necessary so that we can continue to do so.

This 2BR, 1BA light-filled gem is located a short walk or bike ride to beautiful downtown Winter Garden, lovingly called “a charming little city with a juicy past,” with a wide array of award-winning restaurants, shops, and authentic old-Florida charm. In addition to our famous Farmers’ Market, we have the 29-mile West Orange Bike Trail, the Garden Theatre, Lake Apopka, and easy access to all of Orlando’s major attractions, as well as Central Florida’s off-the-beaten-path destinations.

The space
Our unique, 75-year-old guest house is located behind our 95-year-old historic home, surrounded by tall trees and vibrant greenery. Added to the property in 1947, its large, expansive windows and open layout create a tranquil quality that people say reminds them of a treehouse.

Guest access
The entire guest house, a separate building with its own entrance, is yours to enjoy. In addition, a shared storage room on the ground floor has a washer and dryer, as well as two bicycles guests can use whenever they like. (PLEASE NOTE: We assume no liability for injury or damage if the bikes are used by you during your stay. A $600 loss fee will be incurred if they are lost or stolen and a $200 damage fee will be charged if they are damaged while borrowed.)

Other things to note
IMPORTANT:

1) The guest house is located above our detached, 4-car garage and IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY USING THE STAIRS.

2) If you have a significant allergy to cats, this may not be the best guest house for you. A cat has lived in this building in the past and we have several cats on the property. Just something to think about before requesting to book with us.

Originally built in the 1880's, it's expanded grandeur includes 5 overnight rooms: a luxury main-level suite (separate listing and fee) plus 4 upstairs rooms all with private baths. There is a kitchenette, concierge services by request, and we are pet friendly. So many beautiful common spaces to also enjoy!

The space
All guests have individual rooms with private baths. All rooms are booked separately with individual rates. Enjoy the lovely perfectly appointed queen-bed rooms.

Guests are free to use all downstairs sitting rooms, dining room, and the upstairs coffee lounge. Downstairs, there is a spacious living room to lounge in which has an area for board games and a library of reading materials. In addition there is a formal dining and the solarium for guests to use. Yoga, meditation and other kinds of classes and workshops are frequently available to our guests and community. You can request your own private sessions and we will be happy to connect you with local instructors.

The Oakland Manor House is in a gorgeous setting, surrounded by towering Oak trees, overlooking Lake Apopka. Its magical, estate-like grounds and gardens are available to our guests as well. Finally, there is a large, off-street, parking lot for guests that is located through the iron gates, inside the brick wall.

The home was originally built in the early 1900’s. The historic mansion was carefully renovated , preserving the historic craftsman-style. Enter the gracious home to find a dramatic grand staircase and foyer. Throughout the home are abundant large windows, bringing in natural light and views of the beautiful oak trees that are hundreds of years old.

The 700 sq. ft. lakeside porch has been the site of many social gatherings, weddings and retreats. Walk a short distance to the pier and enjoy a beautiful sunset on Lake Apopka.

Just blocks away from the West Orange Bike Trail and within a short drive of Disney, this Inn has so much to offer and is truly a central Florida hidden gem.
