This 1914 St Petersburg Historic Register Inn is under new ownership and is open for business. The boutique inn comprises three studio apartments in the Carriage House and six luxury rooms in the main house. All feature luxurious en-suite bathrooms, most with jacuzzi tubs, and showers.
Situated on the corner of Bay Street NE and 6th Avenue NE, the Bay Street Inn is one block from the Vinoy Hotel and Beach Drive, downtown St Pete's main waterfront dining and entertainment location. It's an easy walk to St Petersburg's Museum of Fine Arts and Dali Museum and the Vinoy and North Shore Parks and Aquatic Complex.
Limited on-site parking is available and street parking in front of the property is also available (with guest permit provided).

The space
The completely screened in porch serves as your daily oasis to drink your coffee/tea, eat meals, have a drink and enjoy the outdoors MINUS all the bugs that visit during the hot/rainy seasons.

You'll have the entire upper area as your home that sits on top of the garage. From the screened in porch, you'll find yourself in an open concept living room and kitchen. The cozy space lends itself to two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other other a full sized bed. Both bedrooms have a closet, dresser, blacked out curtains and extra linens and bedding. Washer and dryer are on the ground level.

Two persons is ideal for this cozy space. (450 sq. feet inside, additional 200 sq. ft. for screened in porch). Three persons can be accommodated but may be tight depending on your comfort levels.

Guest house is private and has own private access. Owners live on the property on other side of their yard and have access to the garage. While we regret we do not allow pets, we do have a dog that you may see hanging out on our side of the yard.

Very long vehicles may need to park on the street, in order to not encroach on the other parking space, which is assigned to the downstairs Airbnb guests.

Our cozy one-bedroom guest house is the perfect getaway for two. It has its own private driveway (fits 1-2 cars) and a fully fenced backyard—completely separate from the main house, so you get total privacy.

Inside, there’s a dining area for two, perfect for meals or just hanging out. The living room has a smart TV, and the cozy bedroom has a peaceful reading nook for when you want some quiet time. We’ve also got board games and books for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker—great for cooking up meals, whether you're here for a quick stay or a longer visit. Our detached guest house offers a private entrance and its own driveway, which can accommodate 1-2 vehicles depending on size. Street parking is also available at no additional charge. The yard is fully fenced for privacy, with access to your own hot tub, as well as the washer/dryer room, which is within the home but accessed through the yard.

While the space is on the smaller side at around 400 square feet, we want to be fully transparent—it’s truly perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The bedroom is spacious, and the well-equipped kitchen makes it ideal for both short and long stays.
