This house is perched on top of the garage located at 701 Broadway. We are a stone's throw from Mar Vista & there is a completely locked & gated yard featuring a hot tub, waterfall & pool.
You are one flight up to a private, furnished balcony completely covered in Sunbrella Curtains. We did this because people who work remote enjoy hearing the breeze in a shaded area. This also affords you plenty of privacy while you are at home to leave the curtains open on your floor to ceiling windows.
