Charming 1 bedroom Fully furnished beach bungalow with (2) twin beds used as the sofa or extra sleeping area in the living room. The Bungalow sleeps 4 (2 in the king bed and 1 person each in each of the twin beds located in the living room. The bungalow sits behind the main house and under the loft. The garden and beach chairs are shared with the loft and house.
The space
The bungalow sleeps 2-4...depending on if you want anyone in the living room. For larger parties we have The Beach House, Loft & Bungalow which together sleep 14. They are all separate, with separate calendars & priced separately so be sure to check each calendar if you want to book all three. The house bungalow & loft are equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryers, 40" TV....and have all that you would need. Everything in the bungalow & loft is brand new even the bathtub :) and decorated with a beachy eclectic eye. If you want to include the bungalow, house and loft in one reservation ask. The Beach House, Bungalow & loft are fully equipped with Wireless Internet access, Cable TV, Blue Ray DVD Player, all linens including beach towels, washer dryer, iron and ironing board. Come and relax after taking a stroll on the beach only 4 blocks away and cook on the outdoor grill and watch the sunset or walk to any of the wonderful restaurants within a block.
Guest access
The Guest have access to 6 beach chairs as well as an outdoor grill, WiFi internet access, Blue Ray DVD player and Cable Television.
Other things to note
I have a full list of restaurant suggestions in the bungalow. We provide dish soap and hand soap. We do not provide personal hygiene soap, shampoo or conditioner. We do provide laundry detergent for one week or less guests. For longer stays we do not provide laundry detergent.

Get ready to relax and enjoy the island life at this "Key West" style guest house! This Pass-A-Grille 1 bedroom apartment is located less than two blocks from the beach. This is the Upstairs 2nd floor unit of a two apartment cottage that is situated on the property, behind the owner's main house.
The apartment has a full kitchen, living area and a side nook with a set of bunkbeds. There is also a small upstairs porch to sit and enjoy the view!
The space
The apartment is accessed by is own exterior flight of stairs that leads to the front door and a small sitting balcony. Once inside, you will see a spacious and bright open living space with dining table and an additional sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay. The bedroom and bath are also spacious, outfitted with a comfy queen bed and plenty of closet space. There is an open area, a nook off to the side, right before you reach the bedroom. This nook space offers additional sleeping quarters with a Full/Twin bunkbed set.
Downstairs, to the left of your staircase, there is a storage/laundry room that is accessed through a separate exterior door. Inside you will find a laundry facility for your use (shared with the downstairs apartment.) This is also where the beach chairs, umbrella and a beach wagon is kept for your use.

Guest access

- We are dog friendly (2 maximum) and there is a one time pet fee of $150. Please note: any damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.
- The cottage is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.

To the backside of the guest house, there is a laundry and storage room with a washer and dryer that is shared with the upstairs apartment.
