Back patio was nice with an outdoor shower and hose to get cleaned up after a long day at the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and nice big beach towels came in very handy so we didn’t have to bring our our own. Although we didn’t use it, the access to a washer and dryer on the property was a nice bonus. The property manager was very quick at responding and very helpful and accommodating with our disabled parking concerns. Even got to meet the owners as they were working on the landscaping to make the place even more beautiful as we were checking out. Very nice and friendly family! Back inside, make your way up the stairs to the third floor to appreciate and be amazed at the high vaulted 20’ ceilings that lead your way to a bonus area on your right, which comfortably sleeps 4 (queen trundle w/ twin pull out, and a “Harry Potter” extra bedroom w/ additional twin bed inside) - for those last minute stragglers or parents wanting to keep younger kids nearby. To the left is the primary en-suite with two larger than life walk in closets, an extra washer/dryer combo for convenience, and a spa style bathroom. Take a dip in the bathtub and watch the sunset from the windows, or cool down from the day in the step in shower. Double vanities are attached to the oversized wall mirror that reflects the tropical landscaping and peekaboo views of St Pete Beach’s historical architecture. End your day decompressing on the private balcony from your bedroom before climbing into the King sized bed awaiting your beauty rest.
A public boat ramp is just around the street from the house and the beach is just a short walk as well. Walk to the world renowned Don CeSar Hotel, or just a short bike/car ride to the white sugary sand beach known as Pass-A-Grille. The home is very well located with a variety of local restaurants and lifestyle amenities that are walkable. A 20 minute drive whisks you to downtown St Petersburg’s vibrant art/culture/dining/music/events/Tropicana Field. Tampa International Airport is just 35 minutes away. 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and a 1 1/2 hour (est.) ride to Orlando/Disney area.
This home is NON SMOKING INSIDE AND OUT. Please do not exceed the max of 12 guests! This home was well thought out and preserved/updated to the standards that it is now and we ask that all guests be respectful of the home as if it were their own. With that in mind, we would love to host you, your families, your friends, or even your enemies (but maybe not all at once)!
