Follow the road and take the second right into the “Sabal Harbor Community” and onto Sabal Harbor Drive. (Ignore the first right turn which is Sabal Key!). Follow Sabal Harbor Drive and turn right onto Cayo Costa Place and right onto Bookelia Circle. After 0.3 Miles the house is located on the right side of the street.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. A smaller car may fit into the garage.

Welcome to our and your vacation house in Palma Sola. We have put so much love and hard work into this coastal home and we hope that you find it as comfortable and pleasant as we do.

This house has about 2,000 sqf located in the popular Palma Sola Pines area, 7 miles away from beautiful Anna Maria Island, less than 9 miles to Bradenton beach and a walking distance to a beautiful Palma Sola Botanical Park and Robinson Preserve. It is situated between two beautiful and famous places such as Siesta Key Beach and St. Petersburg. This villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This open floor plan allows for great gatherings - you will be able to cook a homemade meal while having a peak on foosball table tournament, a good TV show or even sneak peaking on those who are busy relaxing in the sun. The large dining table can seat up to 8 people. We did not forget about the little ones – a high-chair for the baby to comfortably enjoy the meal. Kitchen is fully equipped in small appliances such as slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich grill, waffle maker and Ninja blender. To entertain your stay we provided a foosball table, plenty of board games and outdoor toys. For your beach trips there is a beach wagon filled with beach chairs, sun umbrella, picnic blanket and beach toys.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, lots of closet space, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathtub. The bedroom next to it has a bunk bed and place to do some office work. The other two bedrooms have a queen size bed, and two twin beds that share a bathroom. We also provided a portable crib. There is plenty of bath and beach towels. There is a front door camera and a camera that is facing the pool equipment (swimming pool pump and the heater) and electrical panel. We installed them for our guest’s safety and our knowledge that the cleaning crew left the house ready for our next guests. Changing the setting of the pool equipment is not allowed.

Only 8 guests are allowed in the house, including children.

Our home is set in a perfect location. A quiet established small community overlooking a beautiful lake yet five minutes walk from the wold famous IMG Bollitieri Tennis & Golf Academy. A number of excellent golf courses are within a short drive. With its own screened heated pool and furnished and maintained to a high standard, our home has air conditioning throughout with elegant ceiling fans in all rooms, including the external covered dining area. Two large master bedrooms each with en-suite and walk in closets and a double bedroom with its own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and separate eating nook with microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, laundry room with washer and dryer, formal dining area, and family areas looking out over the lake. The garden and heated pool are fully maintained. Some of Florida's finest beaches and a restaurants are only a few minutes drive away, and cultural Sarasota and St Armonds Circle some 20 min drive. Only steps away from your door is the 3 mile long Bradenton Riverwalk and Mineral Springs Park. You have quick access to fishing, beaches, dining, shopping, gardens, and historical sites. This cozy villa features an open concept layout with big beautiful windows to see the surrounding tropical paradise. There's a king size platform bed and beautiful walk in tiled shower. It has a fully functional kitchen with stocked coffee/tea bar. There's a front patio to sit and enjoy viewing the mile wide Manatee River and side patio that is fenced in for complete privacy. Follow the path around to the fully fenced in back yard where you'll find a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath.
