The Italian travertine floor is found throughout the home as well as granite in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. A coffee maker with filters and Starbucks coffee provided for those tough mornings and a blender for those smoothies and margaritas.

The dining table seats four with a beautiful view of the front landscaping.

The master bedroom looks and feels like a luxurious hotel room with a King size mattress and soft, bamboo sheets. You also have an incredible view of the soothing rock wall water feature.

The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin-size mattresses with soft, bamboo sheets. Lots of extra bedding is found in the closet.

The master bedroom closet is packed with bathroom and beach towels.

The outside oasis has beautiful mature palm trees and a lush, landscaped yard. We have plenty of games for all ages.

Our MI Oasis Getaway is just 200 steps from the white, sugar-sand beaches found on the Gulf side of Anna Maria. We are also located one block north of Pine Street, directly behind famous Poppo’s Taqueria. This location is ideal if you do not want to rent a car as everything is in walking distance, or via the free Island Trolley.

We rented a golf cart for the week but this location is within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants so you wouldn’t have to get a golf cart or rental car unless you wanted to go to the other side of the island or off island to golf etc. Overall a fantastic time here."

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

We all felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The decor is lovely. Such nice little surprises tucked in every room. They did finally gave us a code for a lock box where there was a key. Why not just give both codes? We absolutely recommend this rental!"

The bar is equipped with four barstools to have a quick bite to eat. The first floor has a master suite with king bed, and plenty of storage space. It also has a smart TV to enjoy your favorite programs while allowing yourself to a comfortable restful sleep. There is also a full bathroom located in the first floor. Second floor provides two bedrooms and a bath. The first bedroom has two queen beds with smart TV and closet space. The second bedroom has two full beds with smart TV and closet space. Also, the second floor bathroom is located upstairs. There is also plenty of parking space up to five vehicles in the driveway.

Bean Point Residence Unit B, the lower level of a two-unit home, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Modern amenities include stainless steel appliances and up-to-date kitchen cabinets. The eat-in kitchen, overlooking the family room, creates a welcoming and inclusive space for gatherings and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 also features a king-size bed and uses the hallway bathroom. There's a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Kindly be aware that the pool and outside area is shared with the lower level.

Walk through the laundry room that houses a washer and dryer and you'll step outside to the backyard that has a large heated pool and spa, perfect after a day at the beach. There are lounge chairs, a grill, an outdoor dining table and even a ping-pong table in the garage you can wheel out to enjoy. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the upstairs unit, providing a communal area for all the guests.

Bean Point Residence Unit B is a great option to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants on Anna Maria Island.
