Extra blankets & sheets in bedroom for the pull out sofa or if you need another blanket. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a wagon are provided for each unit. We definitely used everything! I noticed that a Carter Vacation Rental employee made a stop each weekday to check on the outside of the property. Talked with one gentleman one morning; very friendly! We had a lovely and relaxing vacation here. Check in is smooth and you will have a lovely and worry free time!"

There were basic kitchen amenities provided, which were useful, as we cooked. Also; I wish my kitchen looked like this one! Beautiful countertops, pristine backsplash and appliances. There were annoying fruit fly type bugs in the kitchen when we got there, but that is no fault of anyone—and an easy fix. The beds were nice and comfortable! There was a pack and play, weights and other workout basics there to use as well. The washer and dryer are super nice! You will need your own detergent/dryer sheets. Balcony area is furnished with nice chairs, a high top table and a floor fan. There are also area rugs out there, which is a saving grace with the sun shining bright all day! Great idea. For the beach, we utilized the wagon, umbrella and beach chairs. Absolutely convenient! Don’t go to the beach without loading that wagon. It was extremely helpful…almost got out there without a sweat 😉 …but then three kids. The location is PERFECT, especially for those traveling with children! Right across the street from the beach! There is not a great view from here on the balcony, but that didn’t matter with the short walk if we wanted a view. Evening beach trips are THE BEST (around 5)! Beach clears out and is cool. Helpful tip: We ate at PJ’s Oyster Bar and it was PHENOMENAL! Great food and great drinks! Clearwater is a short trip for the real tourist(y) things—boat excursions, aquarium (rehabilitation center), shopping, restaurants, etc."

Nice dogs allowed ($35 extra) add them on # of guests page, but backyard isn't completely fenced. There is a nice place to walk them a half block to the east. Newly installed ChargePoint Level 2 - 50 amp EV charger.

A very short walk to the peaceful shores of Indian Rocks Beach, where you may unwind & most days feel like you have your own private beach. There are stunning views along the beach of impressive homes and local wildlife, a must see. We have provided beach chairs and beach towels, as well as boogie boards, rafts, sand buckets and more for you to use during your stay. We encourage you to take advantage of your proximity to our lovely beach and of all the fun extras we have to offer.

The backyard will make you not want to leave the property. Directly on the water, we have an assortment of lounge chairs and seating for you to relax upon. You may fish off our dock or take the paddle board out for a whirl, there are steps off the dock for easy access into the water.
We have a gas grill for more time next to the water, with a table & chairs so you may eat comfortably.
This backyard is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee, meditation, sunset dinner or nightly stargazing.

The bedroom is gorgeous, you will enjoy a tranquil night sleep on the king memory foam bed underneath a dazzling chandelier. You also have your own television in the room with cable and Netflix access. Whether you travel heavy or light, you will find ample storage space for your belongings, there is a large closet & dresser.

The common area looks out directly onto the stunning tranquil intracoastal. The open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room share this incredible view. The gourmet kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker,espresso pot, microwave and other kitchen essentials for any level of cooking. You will love the picturesque dining room table, which is the perfect place for a holiday photo-op. The living room has a large flat screen TV directly above your indoor/outdoor fireplace, and a comfy sectional to kickback on. This sectional pulls out into a queen size memory foam bed an if you want to sleep in, just close the blackout curtains or leave them open to wake to an amazing sunrises.

The bathroom is a dream, from the spa like shower to the chic vanity, you will feel luxurious after one use. The vanity has awesome lighting and a seat which makes it the perfect place to get ready for a night out or in. Directly next to the bathroom is a closet, where towels are provided.
All sand-free items can be cleaned at your leisure in the washer/dryer, that is located in your villa.

There are many reputable boat, watercraft bike, moped rental places nearby. You may choose to bring your own watercraft(s), our dock is open for use to our guest. The boat launch/ramp is a 5 minute ride from the villa.
There is a wonderful shaded local children’s park just a short walk away, they also have tennis & basketball courts there(2-3 minute walk away).

Guest access
Guests have full access to their villa as well as the backyard. You will receive detailed instructions & passcode the day of arrival to enter the property and the villa. Our detailed manual will explain what guests may use and if there is anything off limits (brick oven). We want you to feel at home and have provided all of the amenities to do so.

This property has 3 separate villas. Our villa is by the entrance gate and the villa is in the rear of the property, on the water. We may cross paths amidst our daily comings and goings but we are extremely respectful of our guests privacy and the backyard is completely for guests.

Guest interaction:
I love hosting our guests and want to make sure your stay is relaxing & full of wonderful seaside memories. You will receive a passcode specific to your reservation and can arrive any time after 4pm on the day of your reservation, and let yourself in. If you would like an earlier check-in time, please let me know upon booking. All bases are covered during confirmation and the in-home manual is all you will need. I’m available via the app messaging anytime and will get back to you quickly.

Getting around:
A reserved parking spot for each villa is provided on our parking pad. There is also additional free parking on the street, there are never any parking issues. Otherwise, it isn't necessary to have a car here, you can get most places on foot. However, if you'd like to venture over to Downtown St. Pete, Clearwater Beach or South Tampa, an Uber is the best way to get around. Turo.com is great to rent a car.

Other things to note:
I provide: In-unit washer/dryer, cable, WiFi Netflix, games (board game, checkers, chess, cards, dominos), a coded hotel-like safe for your valuables, fondue set, bar accessories, pots and pans, dinnerware, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, pillows, linens and blankets for all beds & much more.

Rules:
2 adult guests maximum. Please be responsible. No pets allowed, whatsoever. No parties or events at the villa. No smoking ANYTHING AT ALL inside the villa. Smoking on the dock & your personal porch is fine, as long as all ash and butts are put in an ashtray. A claim will be made for damages.
