- "My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. The owners were extremely respoomsive before and during our stay. The house is really cute and would serve a family well. There is a kitchen, dining room and large living room so plenty of space. Definitely as listed. Plenty of drug stores, gas stations and grocery stores (Wal-Mart and Publix) nearby. The back yard/patio area has a privacy fence, seating and a gas grill. I would definitely recommend and visit again if I was going back to this area!!"

Our maximum adult occupancy is 16, but the house can sleep up to 18, including children. Please reach out to us if you have a group larger than that so we can make sure there are enough sleeping spaces for your entire party. We do not want guests to sleep on sofas or the floor.

Please make sure to let us know the correct number of guests (including children & infants) at the time of your booking! If you fail to do so and occupy the house with more people than announced, we will have no choice but to end your stay.

Please be advised we are strictly enforcing our no-party policy. We have a beautiful home with custom furniture, providing a first-class guest experience we want to preserve. We have video surveillance on the entry, sides, and back of the house to ensure that guests adhere to this policy. All guests will be removed from the premises immediately, and a $3,000 fee will be charged to the renter.

No smoking inside the home. Please be respectful of this house rule. We often have back-to-back bookings and must ensure our new guests arrive in a non-smoking environment. If you smoke inside the home, a $500 fine will be applied.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Per Clearwater city noise ordinance, quiet hours are from 11 pm- 7 am.

The pool area was nice, the house was well stocked, and the location was great for both time in Tampa and time at the beach." - "I’m" - "The house was perfect for the large number of guests we had from adults to infants; there was plenty for everyone to enjoy themselves and enough space to feel like you weren't on top of each other. The kids LOVED the house, the lego room, arcade table, garage game room, projector for movie nights and popcorn on the couch after a long day at the beach and legoland and especially the heated pool which made night swimming before bed or early morning before the sun hit the pool extremely enjoyable! Jana was fantastic to work with as she was able to accommodate our last-minute early arrival due to a family emergency. The house although wasnt "baby friendly" per se we just moved some of the nicer decor off the reachable tables and it did have a pack n play, highchair, crib, baby gate, and a single and double jogging stroller which were great and we had no difficulty keeping our 3 (infant/toddlers) out if trouble or harms way. The beach toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs were much needed and appreciated for our days at the beach! We will definitely book again when we find ourselves in the area, we highly recommend this home!"
