- "My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. The owners were extremely respoomsive before and during our stay. The house is really cute and would serve a family well. There is a kitchen, dining room and large living room so plenty of space. Definitely as listed. Plenty of drug stores, gas stations and grocery stores (Wal-Mart and Publix) nearby. The back yard/patio area has a privacy fence, seating and a gas grill. I would definitely recommend and visit again if I was going back to this area!!"

The kids LOVED the house, the lego room, arcade table, garage game room, projector for movie nights and popcorn on the couch after a long day at the beach and legoland and especially the heated pool which made night swimming before bed or early morning before the sun hit the pool extremely enjoyable! Jana was fantastic to work with as she was able to accommodate our last-minute early arrival due to a family emergency. The house although wasnt "baby friendly" per se we just moved some of the nicer decor off the reachable tables and it did have a pack n play, highchair, crib, baby gate, and a single and double jogging stroller which were great and we had no difficulty keeping our 3 (infant/toddlers) out if trouble or harms way. The beach toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs were much needed and appreciated for our days at the beach! We will definitely book again when we find ourselves in the area, we highly recommend this home!"

- "Places is wonderful lots to do The amenities were wonderful" - "Nothing was as listed. Me and three other adults all over 50 read the listing (which they have changed since i complained). They had a final cost of 1168 which turned into another 399 security deposit which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the disclosure. They nickeled and dimed us on everything including 45 a day each for use of the hot tub which was never mentioned nor listed, the use of a heated pool another 45 per day, and a 45 cleaning fee for the grill which was mentioned but crazy cost so we didn’t use it. The Hot Tub didn’t even have water in it….smhCalled Vrbo and got excuses stating the rental was through a 3rd party which I could care less about because, I saw and purchased in Vrbo app…. They said the refund would be 2-3 business days and my card company said they just got the request which was 8 business days later.I have pictures, emails, and text to back everything I’m saying. Also have the original listing which said nothing about the fee ti heat the pool and hot tub.Rented with Vrbo several times as this was an annual event and never had this problem.Almost forgot they only had one Tv in the living room and Internet was spotty at best."

The house is not habitable. My children have panic attacks when they seen roaches. We asked the host to switch us to another better property and we didn’t mind if needed to pay more but he kept pushing us back to the same house and said will take care with a pest control in the morning. We didn’t want to be exposed to the chemicals, and we left the house at middle of the night with the children and had no where to stay."
