The Italian travertine floor is found throughout the home as well as granite in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. A coffee maker with filters and Starbucks coffee provided for those tough mornings and a blender for those smoothies and margaritas.

The dining table seats four with a beautiful view of the front landscaping.

The master bedroom looks and feels like a luxurious hotel room with a King size mattress and soft, bamboo sheets. You also have an incredible view of the soothing rock wall water feature.

The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin-size mattresses with soft, bamboo sheets. Lots of extra bedding is found in the closet.

4. ABSOLUTELY NO VAPING OR SMOKING, of any kind, is allowed inside the Villa, violation will result in a $400 charge.
5. Under no circumstances should anything be hung from any light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. Doing so will result in a $100 charge, in addition to replacement fixture costs, if necessary.
6. There is no glitter or confetti allowed in the Villa at anytime. There will be $75 charge if any is left at the property.

There are two bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is one full bathroom and also a half bath. There is also has a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features a built in microwave/vent and dishwasher. There is a large paver patio with a southern exposer right off of the kitchen. There is also an attached one car garage. Please note we have a 30 day minimum on renting with us.

- "We were extremely happy with this place" - "Everything was perfect from the kitchen to the beds. We hope to stay again! There were plenty of options of beds to choose from in 2nd bedroom and my grandson was happy with the top bunk bed. The primary bedroom was spacious and provided plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. Both bedrooms had ceiling fans and I really liked that the showers in both bathrooms had a handheld sprayer. We were provided plenty of bath and beach towels, beach toys ( grandson enjoyed these) beach chairs and extra blankets. The kitchen was like new and everything was very clean and to my liking. Being a clean place is a must on my list and that is one of the main reasons I would love to stay there again! The location can’t be beat, beaches as well as many other fun things to do were only a short drive away. We found some games and made some great memories playing cards. The condo was beautifully decorated in a beach theme. The community is quiet and friendly, we met a neighbor briefly and he was very welcoming. It was a great experience and host quickly replied to a question I had about check out."
