It was very well appointed with linens, kitchen utensils and TV in every room which impressed the 4 yr. old! A quiet place to rest after all day at ballpark!! We recommend this rental very much and would stay again if available. Communication was great with host. We got in late the first day, a long plane ride from California and Bill called to check in. Our villa comes full and ready for up to 4 guests, with a queen bed, a comfy couch, and a private patio along with a fully fenced in backyard, outdoor furniture, and grill We also offer free off-street parking! The Space:
This 596 Sq Ft Coastal Villa (this is unit 2, there is a second unit on the property) is an entire private Villa tucked back from the quiet residential street. Right off the front entrance is your private work area, leading into the open living room. The living room was decorated with a very large Comfy couch, great for movie night and sleeping an extra guest! We have a wall-mounted 60-inch flat-screen TV with all the viewing channels!

To the left of the family room is the open-style kitchen. We have a comfortable extendable 2-seater kitchen table and countertops with a full kitchen and every appliance, including a stove top, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker (complimentary coffee), toaster, microwave, and all the necessary supplies to whip up a quick lunch, blend up margaritas, or grill some steaks! Connected to the kitchen is another entrance, this one leading to your first private, fenced in patio! The private patio is fenced in and finished with a charcoal grill and a family size outdoor dining table! Play some music, sip on your glass of wine, and enjoy the rays of sunlight!

The Master Bedroom is very large with plenty of space for an air mattress (provided). The bed and mattress is a brand new Queen size with a new bed set. The windows in the room provide plenty of morning sunlight! Right off of the bedrooms is the bathroom, a beautifully tiled, open bathroom with a gorgeous vanity, towel ladder, and a walk in shower.

The Villa receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING right before and after any stay. This includes vacuuming and mopping every square inch of the floor, meticulously wiping down and sanitizing every counter, cabinet, shelf & crevice, and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom, mirrors, windows, and every single door handle until spotless. The team then walks through and double cleans if necessary.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental. We allow two (2) pets per reservation. You MUST add the pet to the booking. We charge a one-time non-refundable fee of $100. Pets MUST BE 30lbs or less, and breed restrictions do apply (no aggressive breeds). If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. If a pet is brought and not on the reservation, we reserve the right to charge a $300 fee and cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.

As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $5.50 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!

- "Can not beat the location. Easy walk to the beach and to all the restaurants and shops at John’s Pass Village. The unit is tucked in a quiet little residential area. There is a decent outdoor space to sit and have coffee . The kitchen is well equipped. The unit only sleeps two. There are no extra linens and bath towels were limited. For the price and the location this is place is a gem." - "Good location" - "We booked this location. Then days after asked for a cancelation due to medical issues. They would not cancel. Thankfully the medical condition was just a scare. Drove 12 hours to get there. Found out hours before the owner canceled our reservations due to a FALSE claim that the CDC recommended cancelation due to Red Tide. We had NO WHERE to stay!!! Drove by the house. Cars everywhere so it was obvious they double booked. They seriously left us high and dry! Luckily we got to see that this place is a dump and very far from the beach! VRBO did help us find a place that night after a 2 hours phone conversation in a hot car. But if we wanted to share a hotel room with our teenagers we would have booked one!! We found The Taitian Resort had openings. We had to pay double the price but it was a great place!!! Long story short...... keeping looking. The owner obviously only cares about making a dollar. It was Spring Break...... luckily we found a place!!!!! No Red Tide!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!"

The living room was decorated with a very large L-shaped couch, great for movie night and sleeping an extra guest! We have a wall-mounted 60-inch flat-screen TV with all the viewing channels!

To the right of the family room is the open-style kitchen. We have a vogue white rock and granite countertop breakfast bar with two cushioned bar stools, great for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! The kitchen is a full kitchen with every appliance, including a stove top, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker (complimentary coffee), toaster, microwave, and all the necessary supplies to whip up a quick lunch, blend up margaritas, or grill some steaks! Connected to the kitchen is another entrance, this one leading to your first private, fenced in patio! Right by the entrance is a stacked washer & dryer, and extra storage along with extra supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). The private patio is fenced in and finished with a charcoal grill and couples date night dining table! Play some music, sip on your glass of wine, and enjoy the rays of sunlight!

Both of the bedrooms are large with plenty of space. They each have a queen bed with new bed sets. The left bedroom also shares two bed side tables while the right bedroom has an additional dresser for long term stays and a highly coveted aerial window so you can wake up to the morning sunlight! Right off of the bedrooms is the shared bathroom, a beautifully tiled, open bathroom with a white vanity and a tub shower.

Off of the right bedroom is access to the second private patio and the backyard (which provides endless sunlight in the morning and throughout the day). The backyard was recently shelled to match the ocean shore, with a storage shed, a four person patio set, and all the privacy you need for game night, a family BBQ, or letting the dogs run around!

PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental. We allow one (1) pet per reservation. You MUST add the pet to the booking. We charge a one-time non-refundable fee of $100. If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. If a pet is brought and not on the reservation, we reserve the right to charge a $300 fee and cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.

Had coffee on the patio, then packed our stuff and walked the short walk down to the beach. The beach access right across the main street was so convenient, even with a baby and all of our chairs and beach stuff it was still an easy walk. The beach is perfect there. The water was warm and clear, i was comfortable letting our 1year old play in it thats how clean and calm it is. Then at nigth we would walk down to johns pass for dinner. For us we love being in such close proximity to everything and Madeira is our favorite place. The rental company was also really good, they checked in on us several times to make sure our stay was going well and that we didnt need anything. We couldnt figure out how to get the washer and dryer on, not a big deal at all, but they immediately sent someone to help us figure it out, and he brought us a bottle of champagne for the trouble wich was totally unnecessary but very nice. I looked forward to our next stay with them."

Whether you are looking for jet skis, bike trails, deep sea excursions, movies and games, parks, or beautiful white sands we have it all just around the corner, within 3 miles or less!

- "Plenty of space for our 6 adults, beds were comfy, kitchen supplies were adequate. Excellent communication with host, answered questions quickly. We ate in for every dinner - so we could have used some baking pans/cookie sheets. Very close to Reddington Beach - beach access, although it is 'pay to park' (common in this area). Host did provide beach towels and beach chairs. Bikes were available (signing a waiver). 45 minute ride to Tampa - Florida Aquarium (EXCELLENT). The 'back yard' had great ambiance! The hot tub was not functioning while we were there - but we were ok with it and the hosts were very accommodating in trying to get it to work."
