- "We’re very happy with this condo. I almost don’t want to tell anybody about it for fear when we’re ready to come down again it won’t be available. The halls and elevator pool garage, were always tidy and clean. Parking not under cover but real close. The air conditioning fan went bad. We called the owner who got the property manager right away a HVAC repair man came on a Sunday evening and told us he would have to return in the morning with the part. By 9am we we had air again. Appreciated the use of beach towels chairs and umbrella too."

This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. Just across the street, is a beautiful white-sand public beach. There are many different bars around the condo, and many options for food. A grocery store and a gas station are nearby, so you could easily get food whenever. The heated pool will keep you warm on even the coldest Florida days. This cozy studio unit with its own screened-in large private patio is the perfect getaway for up to 2 people looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches of this area. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a private cal-de-sac, it is the perfect place to rest and recharge between trips to the most beautiful beaches in the world. This location is just a quick 5-minute drive (2 miles) to the Madeira Beach access and a 10-minute drive to the famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

The space
This studio unit sleeps 2 comfortably on a Queen-sized bed. Make yourself at home in our kitchenette which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, portable cooktop with 2 burners, and a Keurig coffee machine (Note: there is no oven). There is also a large gas grill on the private screened-in patio for you to use anytime. Kitchen basics along with grilling supplies included. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and beach towels to bring on your trip to the beach.

This studio unit is located in a large house with 2 other units inside of it (both are also my Airbnb listings). Each unit in the house is private and each has its own entrance with a specific door code. They are all completely separated and they are not accessible to each other within the house. You will have access to your own walkway and private entrance along with your own large private screened-in patio.

The backyard area is shared with all 3 units. There is a gas grill, plenty of seating, a large outdoor table with chairs, a giant Connect Four game, Cornhole, and a Giant Jenga game. It is a quiet, peaceful area with new landscaping and large, old Oak trees beyond the fence. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine at the end of a long beach day. We do have string lights on the fence so you can relax in the evening.

We offer free laundry to our guests and the laundry room is located in the back of the house. It is shared between the 3 units. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener, and fabric softener sheets.

We provide WIFI and parking for 1 vehicle (Note: there are 2 steps to get into the unit). We also offer a courtesy EV charger for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles.

There is also a small binder in the unit which includes house information, local restaurant recommendations, things to do, and some information about the area. And I am always available to provide any information!

Please note two VERY IMPORTANT house rules:

1. There is NO SMOKING of any kind (including marijuana and vaping) inside the house.

2. NO PETS of any kind are permitted.

Guest access
You have access to your private screened-in patio which leads into the unit. Your door has an electronic lock and we will send you the door code and check-in info the day before check-in so you can enter at your own convenience. NOTE: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am sharp, especially during peak season. We need enough time to do a deep clean of the apartment between guests because your safety, health, and satisfaction are very important to us! We may be a little more lenient during "off-season"; just message me and I can see if we can offer some flexibility. Thank you for your understanding!
