It is truly not by fault of the Edison House but just to draw attention to the fact that there is still significant damage and it does affect your stay. The Italuan restaurant closed the kitchen 1 hour before what they stated they closed but there were plenty of outside restaurants that were still open. You will enjoy the coffee and tea counter in the area adjacent to the long-kitchen prep area described above. We offer complimentary Keurig (K-Cup) coffee/tea maker, with regular/decaf coffee, tea as well as sugar, sweetener, and creamer.

There is a covered lanai for your comfort. Embrace outdoor Florida living with the colorful pool (unheated) view during your delightful dinner prepared on our Weber outdoor gas grill. Your dining table on the lanai can accommodate six.

Plenty of parking either on the three-lane driveway or on the street. PARKING ON THE GRASS IS NOT PERMITTED BY THE CITY.

There are washer and dryer laundry services ONLY for guests who stay for more than seven consecutive days. Laundry Services are performed by the host, Angela, for a per load charge and with a minimum 48 hour prior arrangement with her. She will turnaround your unfolded laundry in 24 hours.

After your booking is confirmed, you will provide 1) full names of you and your fellow guest, 2) your permanent addresses, 3) your phone numbers, and 4) a recent picture of you and your guest. This is done for the protection of all guests that stay at my home.

No firearms are permitted on the property. If you have them in your possession as a guest at our home, they must be stowed in your vehicle at all times and you must be able to show an unexpired concealed carry permit issued by an authorized governmental authority for such firearms. If firearms are discovered on the property by the owner, the manager, or another guest that are not stowed in your vehicle, the Cape Coral police will be notified and you and your guest will be removed from the property.

There are four video cameras recording footage of the exterior of the house- on the lanai, pool, driveway, and front door. Cameras are used to protect guests, the host and owner.

Please make sure that your credit card or debit card payment source is working and has enough available dollars for your booking. If there is a problem with the payment, I will ask Airbnb to cancel a reservation where there is a pending payment. Of course that does not mean you can't try to book again.

Full access to entire home in addition to your private bedroom. Enjoy time laying by the pool or enjoying a conversation over a fire in the fire pit. Grab some burgers and grill a delicious dinner or cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Lounge in either the living room with a book or watch a game or movie in the family room. Grab a beach bag and beach towels for a day shelling or sunning at the beach.

Other things to note
The Gulf Beaches: Fort Myers Beach and the Sanibel Causeway are each a 16 mile drive from the house. The Cape Coral Beach where you can enjoy the sand and great views, grab a bite to eat at the Boat House Tiki Bar or spend a day fishing from the pier, is a short 12 minute drive.

The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, a 10-minute drive from our home, offers daily rides from the Marina to Fort Myers Beach (for a fee) on the 42-passenger Silver King. It is an awesome option to driving where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the views on your boat ride to/from the beach...maybe even see a Dolphin or two!

This cozy Condo is nicely decorated, clean and fully furnished and ready to go! The carpet, washer & dryer, toilets & beds have been replaced very recently. The pool and amenities are just a nice shady 2 minute walk from the front door. The condo and the community are beautiful and centrally located in the Fort Myers area with the Airport, Fort Myers Beach and Downtown Ft Myers a short distance away. The MN Twins and Boston Red Sox Spring Training Facilities just down the road!

The space
With over 1000 Square feet of space, it feels roomy and with 10 windows it is bright n sunny when you open the privacy blinds. You'll find this condo to be very comfortable and cozy. You have everything you need to enjoy your Ft Myers Stay.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire condo. spread out and relax! You also have access to the swimming pool and very well furnished work-out room and of course the community room! It is all just a two minute leisurely walk from the front door of the condo.

Family home at end of a saltwater canal off the north bank of the Caloosahatchee River across river from the Fort Myers River District and the Ford-Edison Estates. You will have use of the entire property, except the owner’s bedroom, bath, and garage. This bedroom has 2 large windows facing the pool and is therefore not as quiet and private as the sister MAP Room, AirBnB # 42793220.

The space
Your private area will be 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with keyed lock on door and you will share a bathroom with the guests in the room (if occupied). You will share the remainder of the property with the owners (plus their 2 friendly dogs) and the other guests.

Guest access
You may use the laundry area and are welcome to use owner’s laundry supplies. Please ask owner before using.

You may use the HEATED pool and patios at any time, but be respectful of owner, other guests, and neighbors.

BBQ grill, kayaks, and bikes can be used at appropriate times; but please advise owner of your plans for assistance.

During your stay
This is our full-time home we are sharing with you and will be here most of the time to handle any problems or requests.

We will offer morning beverages and snacks.

You must not leave any door or gates open or let dogs slip by you as you enter or exit, as both dogs love to explore on their own. We do not allow guests to bring any pets.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. I will be your host and roomie. 34y.o female, pretty laid back but I like a clean home. I am away for shift work every third day for 24 hours so you’ll have some ‘me’ time. This house is close to the midpoint bridge which takes you into Fort Myers. I will ask specific questions before approving any booking. Any questions, please just ask!

This efficiency room offers a spacious environment for a relaxing stay. The compact bathroom has a separate sink, which is great for two guests to comfortably share. There's a reserved wetland area at the back of the house that brings a natural atmosphere, though it might attract some bugs and other natural visitors. Overall, this place combines tranquility, privacy, and a touch of nature.
