The only reason I selected 4 stars for property condition and area around is because of the damage from the Hurricane that remains. It is truly not by fault of the Edison House but just to draw attention to the fact that there is still significant damage and it does affect your stay. We are glad we were able to visit a year post the hurricane and understand the damage and impact it has on a community. They are a strong community and are building back up. The area is very nice, the view is beautiful, and you still have plenty of dining options. We would definitely come back and stay at the Edison Beach House again. "
