IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:

2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 0,15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.

The inside is beautiful and immaculately clean- I am a bit of a clean freak so I can be leary of renting places, but let me tell you it is spotless clean! We didnt cook though because there are a ton of restaurants and food places nearby to try. There is a dock in the back overlooking the river and a cute tiki hut to relax under.
