Clean and fresh beachy vibe. This home is located about 6 minutes from RSW, FGCU and Gulfcoast town center for dining and shopping. The great beaches in Bonita Springs and Fort Myers are about 20 minutes from the house. The screened lanai overlooks the large backyard full of nature and fruit trees for you to enjoy. There is an BBQ for you to enjoy cooking outdoors, then dine in the lanai at the table and chairs if you want to stay outdoors for your meals. Inside relax and enjoy your stay.

The space
This is the bottom floor that was a mother-in-law suite. I bought the property so my mother could be close to me. She loved how quiet it was there. She would sit on the lanai reading a book and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The living room,bedroom and kitchen are just the right size for a couple.

You have full use of the property. I have a grill for your outdoor cooking wants. You can also lounge on the hammock and enjoy a good book or just take a rest.
