Plans didn’t work out as we were hoping, so we ended up getting to their home later than expected. Bernie was waiting up to greet us and he showed us to our room. The room was charming and welcoming and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! In the morning we had fresh coffee waiting as well as homemade pastries, and lets not forget to mention quite a nice fruit selection. We enjoyed the coffee and the homemade bread was to die for!! This is a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a pool. This home is where you could bring the whole family to have lots of fun and create lasting memories. It's located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from everything. The pool is heated, so it could be enjoyed all year long. There is an extra charge for heating the pool/spa.

The space
This home boasts more than 3000 ft² of living space. The 5 bedroom and 2.5 bath home has 2 separate living areas and a gaming room.

SLEEPING SPACE
This wonderfully spacious home sleeps 14-20 people. The Owner's King Suite has its own private work space, its own private bathroom with a separate shower, and 2 people bathtub jacuzzi. The Owner's Queen Suite is a charming room that sleeps 2.
Three family rooms - 2 sets of bunks, 2 full sized beds, and 2 twin beds. All rooms have smart TVs.

LIVING SPACE
Large formal living room is a great place to interact and mingle with your family. The comfortable sofa is a queen-size sleeper. Next to the formal living room is the formal dining room with a large family table to host a hearty meal. The cozy den has a friendly appeal to lay back and relax and watch TV. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a delicious meal.

FUN SPACE
Upstairs hosts the "Gaming Room," so BRING YOUR OWN CONSOLES!! 4 separate TVs to play your Xbox, Playstation, or Wii. A theater size TV to host Movie Night. The Gaming Room also has an arcade machine and board games. For Florida fun, enjoy the large screened in lanai with a pool. Go out to the lanai and sit by the pool and enjoy a refreshing drink or go over to the deck to barbeque for BBQ Night. The pool is heated with a spa. The heating of the pool/spa is an extra cost that requires a 3+ night stay. And don't forget the oversized yard where you could enjoy games such as life-size Jenga, horseshoes, or corn hole.

This home is set up for a lot of family fun and relaxation.

Other things to note:
It is a heated pool with a spa. There is a 3 night minimum stay to heat the pool. There is an additional fee for heating the pool/spa and requires a 3 day notice prior to check-in. Please in-box me to let me know you want the pool heated to have it ready for you on check-in day.

For pool safety, the pool access is secured 3 ways. Pad locks & security alarms on all doors leading to the pool, and there's a security gate around the pool.
