The space
This camper is on a shared lot with two homes, but the guest will have privacy and priority pool access. The property is abundant with bamboo, fruit trees and tropical plants and near many tourist attractions and restaurants. It is just five miles from the Tampa airport, 3.5 miles from the cruise ports, three minutes to Walmart and four minutes to Publix. It is the perfect place to stay if you are in town for a sports game, visiting historic Ybor, or a concert.

Other things to note
*This property is in an established neighborhood but is still in the city near major roads, so you may hear traffic while outside.
*Guests will have priority access to the large pool with an 8 foot deep end. *Pool is not heated, but can be a comfortable temperature April - October, depending on tolerance level.
*This is an older camper, but has a newer foot pedal toilet, new electric water heater and new central air conditioning.
*The stovetop inside the camper is not functional, but the property has a charcoal grill and charcoal and utensils are provided.
*Also, the camper has a small shower that may not accommodate taller guests and the bathroom is compact.
*New bedframe as of April 2025.
