Our restored 1999, 44' Gibson cabin-yacht is docked off the banks of the old Jupiter River, a tropical paradise. (two upstairs landings). 2/2 with three beds. On waterside, queen bed and a full bath (shower). Below deck; second bedroom (2 full beds + its own full bath (shower). Tropical vegetation. No wake zone. Occasional paddleboards and slow-mo small boats. Being here makes the heart brighter and the soul lighter. It's a Zen experience where you'll notice the relaxing results the second you step aboard. IDEAL LOCATION TO WALK TO MOST EVERYTHING. Ocean is an 8 minute walk.
FYI: Not suitable for people over 6'-2", and over 200# weitgh.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape, in our newly upgraded 2021 Forest River Cherokee. We offer a fully fenced entertainment area with spacious living quarters. Some of our favorite memories were made cooking on the grill, hanging out around the picnic table, and roasting marshmallows. We are a 15 minute drive to Jupiter Beaches and the Rodger Dean Stadium. We are pet-friendly, just please give us a heads up if you plan to bring your pet.

You will have access to 1 master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a large living room, and 1 bedroom converted into a home office / bunkhouse.
There is a well maintained and spacious fully-fenced outdoor area with a picnic table, fire pit, grill and outdoor kitchen. Plenty of room to hangout and let your pets roam around stress free.
Please be aware that you will be sharing the driveway with other Airbnb guests (whom will have their own designated parking spots) that will be staying in the mother-in-laws suite separate from the Cherokee Hideaway.

You can expect to share a driveway with another airbnb but have the luxury of having your own fenced in area and private access. Enjoy freely letting yourself in and out of the property through the gate access key pad and front door lock box. You will have private access to the full premise of the RV and all of the amenities within the fenced in area. The RV includes a full indoor/outdoor kitchen, full bathroom, master bedroom, desk work space, and a bunk room with two twin beds.
Upon booking you will be provided with gate codes to enter the property and lock box codes for the front door. We are available to help throughout your stay and can be reached by phone number provided.
Quiet, spacious community in Palm Beach County, Florida - locally known as "The Farms". Offers a rural feel with many parks to explore. Riverbend park is only a 5 minute drive away offering incredible walking paths, biking and canoeing.

Please clean dishes used before you leave. No pets on the furniture. DO NOT put anything besides toilet paper in the toilet! DO NOT put any food down the sinks! Only use cleaning supplies that we provide. If keys are lost - there will be a fee of $50. If pets are on the property and we are not notified before hand - fee of $100. NO smoking on the property - fee of $50 will be charged as well as a cleaning fee to remove the smoke smell dependent on invoice received for this service. NO parties. Please respect our quiet hours as there are others living on the property. Fire wood bundles can be purchased for $10 - please ask and we will give you the code and directions to retrieve this. Any damage made to the RV and/or property should be reported and paid for by the guest to repair. Please place trash in outside aluminum trash bin before you leave. Let us know if the trash is overflowing and if you need a new trash bag for outside. We ask our guests to leave the place as clean as you found it. We enjoy not having to charge our guests a large cleaning fee so we ask to please clean up after yourselves. If the space is left with no cleaning effort made by our guests, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100.

The space
Serene space in a rural community while still being close to the city amenities. Comfortable 2020 Grand Design Imagine 30ft RV.
Relax in the reclining sofa watching the LED TV (ROKU) or in the U-shaped dinette area looking thru the windows. Small kitchen with essentials including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small toaster oven/air fryer. This RV has a spacious walk-through bathroom that connects the living area with the bedroom. The bedroom includes two small closets. The outdoor space includes a small cold cowboy PVC pool, fire pit, hammock, BBQ (griddle), round picnic table. RV’s are small and the water pressure is not the same maybe you have at your house. This is camping with commodities.

Property located on an unpaved dead end road (horse friendly- equestrian community). A digital combination padlock to access a farm gate. Drive up to your dedicated parking spot. A wood bench is provided for your convenience to unload your belongings. Follow the concrete square steps path to access your serene CHAT + CHILL RV Spot. Be aware that this is an uneven grass terrain. Three steps stair to access door with a combination lock will grant you entry to the RV. You have a rectangle dedicated space for you. It is in the pictures of the arrival guide.

You must be at least 21 years old to book the reservation.
NO SMOKING INSIDE the RV. Any trace of smoke, smell or …. will result in a FEE $$$ for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

There is a master stateroom facing the water. It has its own bathroom with NEW marine toilet. Below deck are two full-size beds with its own bathroom.

A paddleboards/ kayakers heaven! Wake up and take a plunge in the hive historic Jupiter River Oxbow. Located on private property. Not crammed into a marina. You will face Burt Reynolds Park a natural area lined with mangroves and Florida wildlife. Walking distance to almost everything you could want. Fly in, take an Uber ride and have bicycles delivered to your door. There are no hills, so you can travel fast and far. So much see and do!

VERY IMPORTANT: When you drive into the property on a circular drive, park your vehicle on the far left where you will see a sign "Sea Château" walk around to the left, down the path to the dock. If you have guests, they park at the entrance by boat that is on a trailer or in the off-street parking lot. The same goes for boat trailers.... by the boat on trailer please.
Other things to note
TRANSPORTATION: You can fly into two airports. The closest is West Palm Beach PBI, then take a 20 minute uber ride to Sea Chateau. Or fly into Fort Lauderdale for less money, but then you would have to rent a car or take a 60 mile uber ride.
