All of the vessel is yours throughout your stay! The front bedroom, half bath, galley, dining area, salon, aft cabin, full bath, and outside deck of the boat is exclusively yours. The pool and marina showers and restrooms are shared.

Other things to note
A boat can be a little different than a house on land. Corridors are a little tighter, ceilings in some places can be low, and the onboard shower/bathrooms are smaller than one's on land. This all adds to the fun of living aboard a boat for a while! And keep in mind, there is water surrounding it on all sides and it can rock gently. It is not suitable for anyone who cannot swim, is prone to balance issues, or has any physical limitations that do not allow them to step aboard over water or climb steps. There are many steps both inside the vessel and on the outside to be able to board. Getting large suitcases onboard alone can also be a bit tricky because of this, so we reccomend packing with smaller duffel bags and backpacks. It also has essential systems that can easily be shut down with the flick of some switches, and therefore not a good fit for young children.

Everything you will need to know to make your stay smooth and pleasant will be in the onboard guest manual! The marina office and store do not manage this vessel and will not be able to help with any questions, so please contact the host with any questions or concerns you may have.

- "I am an experienced boater and wanted a relaxing getaway for New Year's. The boat is as described. Mario and his dad met me there and helped me get my supplies on board. They even powerwashed. There was a cold streak so I needed the heaters. They worked great and I was as comfortable as in a hotel. The wifi allowed me to make videos for my social media. The beds are luxurious for a boat with everything clean, no musty boat smell. The bathrooms and shower worked great too. The galley had everything I needed to stick to my special diet. The deli and the marina was friendly and fun. I am sure once the restaurant and pool are fixed from the hurricane damage it will be a blast in the summer. I felt very safe alone as the docks were well lit and locked. I would definitely rent the boat again."

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

If you like fishing we are within 10 minutes from two lake ramps and marinas, Kissimmee and Saint Cloud. We have the space to receive boats up to 22' large.

Kissimmee and Saint Cloud Downtowns are within 10 minute drive. There, you can find amazing restaurants, local shops, and an economic movie theater in the heart of Saint Cloud. There are some gas stations within 5 min or less driving distance.

If you like walking, riding bycicles, scoooters, or even rollerblades/skates, there is a recently built walking trail across our property that can take you to local supermarkets, farmacies, and some restaurants within 15-20min walking distance.

If you are a glofer, there are two amazing golf courses in Kissimmee Bay and Remington Golf Clubs.

Ever wanted to stay in a yurt or have a glamping experience without traveling deep into the forest? All while staying near an urban setting? You can go to that dinner date or concert and then sleep in a yurt! This is a 12 foot tall, 400 square foot yurt built and bolted onto a deck and sits just feet from our private lake shore facing west for the most beautiful sunsets. Inside the yurt you'll find a comfy king bed and pillows with clean and good smelling linen. The smart TV is ready for your log ins plus free Netflix, Discover, Disney channels. A microwave, some snacks, waters, coffee, tea, creamers and sugar, plates, utensils, cups, fridge and dining table all make this space a home. Providing you with the ultimate glamping comfort, a full service and private outdoor bathroom cabin with a shower built for TWO just a few steps from the yurt entrance for more modern day home comfort. Outside the yurt is your private deck space with a wall so you are enclosed but still able to see the entire lake. And we've added a personal use pool for the warmer days. Just relax, talk, listen to music and enjoy the view.

This makes a great surprise for that special someone in your life. Nothing like it around Orlando. You will be impressed as well as impress your love.

Our guests find the yurt very comfortable and peaceful but if you are sensitive to warm weather, the sounds of nature (birds, wind, rain) or urban/ city sounds (planes or vehicles from the town across the lake), this may not be a good fit for you. You're on private property, in your own private space with an urban background and not in the woods or forest. This is a wonderful experience and only wish to host you if you are adventurous and seek the different spaces on AirBnB. Please read our reviews.

The yurt has great AC for the early morning and evening hours and fans for more comfort during the afternoon time. For the cooler nights, you have heaters and clean, extra thick quilts.

Worried about rain? Don't be! The yurt canvas is water proof. Rain storms will make for the most wonderful experience in the yurt. While the rain falls on the canvas and the wind plays with the trees outside your yurt, you are inside having the most relaxing moment. A cool Orlando glamping experience for all your senses!

The yurt is located on our 1/4 acre property at the lake's shore behind our front main house. We have El Nido our lakefront cabin also facing the lake across the grass from the yurt and we have our popup camper El Poncho tucked into the bamboo trees behind the cabin. All three rentals have their own fenced private space. You may see the other guests at the parking or while they walk to their spaces from the front parking. You may also see your hosts and guests by the community fire pit area. There is no lack of privacy here. Please read the reviews.
