All of the vessel is yours throughout your stay! The front bedroom, half bath, galley, dining area, salon, aft cabin, full bath, and outside deck of the boat is exclusively yours. The pool and marina showers and restrooms are shared.

Other things to note
A boat can be a little different than a house on land. Corridors are a little tighter, ceilings in some places can be low, and the onboard shower/bathrooms are smaller than one's on land. This all adds to the fun of living aboard a boat for a while! And keep in mind, there is water surrounding it on all sides and it can rock gently. It is not suitable for anyone who cannot swim, is prone to balance issues, or has any physical limitations that do not allow them to step aboard over water or climb steps. There are many steps both inside the vessel and on the outside to be able to board. Getting large suitcases onboard alone can also be a bit tricky because of this, so we reccomend packing with smaller duffel bags and backpacks. It also has essential systems that can easily be shut down with the flick of some switches, and therefore not a good fit for young children.

Everything you will need to know to make your stay smooth and pleasant will be in the onboard guest manual! The marina office and store do not manage this vessel and will not be able to help with any questions, so please contact the host with any questions or concerns you may have.

- "I am an experienced boater and wanted a relaxing getaway for New Year's. The boat is as described. Mario and his dad met me there and helped me get my supplies on board. They even powerwashed. There was a cold streak so I needed the heaters. They worked great and I was as comfortable as in a hotel. The wifi allowed me to make videos for my social media. The beds are luxurious for a boat with everything clean, no musty boat smell. The bathrooms and shower worked great too. The galley had everything I needed to stick to my special diet. The deli and the marina was friendly and fun. I am sure once the restaurant and pool are fixed from the hurricane damage it will be a blast in the summer. I felt very safe alone as the docks were well lit and locked. I would definitely rent the boat again."

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

If you like fishing we are within 10 minutes from two lake ramps and marinas, Kissimmee and Saint Cloud. We have the space to receive boats up to 22' large.

Kissimmee and Saint Cloud Downtowns are within 10 minute drive. There, you can find amazing restaurants, local shops, and an economic movie theater in the heart of Saint Cloud. There are some gas stations within 5 min or less driving distance.

If you like walking, riding bycicles, scoooters, or even rollerblades/skates, there is a recently built walking trail across our property that can take you to local supermarkets, farmacies, and some restaurants within 15-20min walking distance.

If you are a glofer, there are two amazing golf courses in Kissimmee Bay and Remington Golf Clubs.

This is a 12 foot tall, 400 square foot yurt built and bolted onto a deck and sits just feet from our private lake shore facing west for the most beautiful sunsets. Inside the yurt you'll find a comfy king bed and pillows with clean and good smelling linen. The smart TV is ready for your log ins plus free Netflix, Discover, Disney channels. A microwave, some snacks, waters, coffee, tea, creamers and sugar, plates, utensils, cups, fridge and dining table all make this space a home. Providing you with the ultimate glamping comfort, a full service and private outdoor bathroom cabin with a shower built for TWO just a few steps from the yurt entrance for more modern day home comfort. Outside the yurt is your private deck space with a wall so you are enclosed but still able to see the entire lake. And we've added a personal use pool for the warmer days. Just relax, talk, listen to music and enjoy the view.

This makes a great surprise for that special someone in your life. Nothing like it around Orlando. You will be impressed as well as impress your love.

Our guests find the yurt very comfortable and peaceful but if you are sensitive to warm weather, the sounds of nature (birds, wind, rain) or urban/ city sounds (planes or vehicles from the town across the lake), this may not be a good fit for you. You're on private property, in your own private space with an urban background and not in the woods or forest. This is a wonderful experience and only wish to host you if you are adventurous and seek the different spaces on AirBnB. Please read our reviews.

The yurt has great AC for the early morning and evening hours and fans for more comfort during the afternoon time. For the cooler nights, you have heaters and clean, extra thick quilts.

Worried about rain? Don't be! The yurt canvas is water proof. Rain storms will make for the most wonderful experience in the yurt. While the rain falls on the canvas and the wind plays with the trees outside your yurt, you are inside having the most relaxing moment. A cool Orlando glamping experience for all your senses!

The yurt is located on our 1/4 acre property at the lake's shore behind our front main house. We have El Nido our lakefront cabin also facing the lake across the grass from the yurt and we have our popup camper El Poncho tucked into the bamboo trees behind the cabin. All three rentals have their own fenced private space. You may see the other guests at the parking or while they walk to their spaces from the front parking. Plan a stay at Disney that is affordable by staying at a campsite at DIsney Fort Wilderness Campgrounds or stay at another local campground. - Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

- All guests will be required to send a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.

- All pets must be mentioned and approved during the booking process. This helps us ensure that our space can comfortably and safely accommodate your furry friend. The pet fee is $30/night per pet (Required before check-in, fee sent through the resolution center)(Maximum of 2 pets). Only dogs allowed. For stays longer than a week, they will be provided a flat rate. Please message us for more details.

- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.

- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee of $25. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to try and accommodate you and your family.

- Checkout is by 11am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our checkout hours as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.

- We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 8 guests with an extra guest fee of $15/night per guest (with permission from host).

- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

- You will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area.

- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

- No parties or events.

- No fireworks of any kind.

- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

- Please no food or drinks inside the bedrooms.

- Use grill, jacuzzi, and hammock at your own risk.

- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.

- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.

An unforgettable adventure awaits aboard our one of a kind floating tiny log cabin! Lovingly hand-made from cedar and cypress yet equipped with modern amenities like AC+heat and covered outdoor tropical bathroom. Laze the day away on the front porch chairs or swinging hammock and fall asleep to the sounds of the St. Johns River! Plus, enjoy the marina's on-site restaurant, pool bar, extra showers and restrooms while being close to historic downtown Sanford and the river walk.

The space
Originally conceived as a private writer's getaway, we're happy to be able to share our quaint and cozy cabin with others. And unlike many boats where most of the space is dark and below deck, our tiny house is flooded with light and has great outdoor space as well. We love hanging out on the front porch!

The Sanford + Orlando area has so much to do from theme parks to kayaking but you don't need to venture far from the cabin to catch a glimpse of wildlife. Keep an eye out for the turtles, alligators, fish, birds, and occasional manatee that frequent the area!

Please note the bed is twin sized so the space is best suited to solo travelers or two people that don't mind being close! We have plans to convert the sleeping area to a full-size bed, so please bookmark us for a future visit!

Our bathroom is a covered outdoor space, that we lovingly call our 'Lanai'. It's visually enclosed for privacy while preserving the amazing open feeling of an outdoor bathroom! We enjoy taking our showers with the door open to take full advantage of this feeling but please know it is outside and not a weatherproof area.

The toilet + shower area are together, creating a small wet bath with a marine toilet, similar to an RV or camper toilet. The marina also has additional showers and restrooms.

The kitchenette has a fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

A few changes: We have recently replaced the curtains with black-out blinds for a great nights sleep! The window stools are now a storage area in response to guest feedback.

The marina has a store with beer, snacks, ice cream, outdoor gear and laundry room. Boat rentals to cruise the river can be reserved online. The staff is super friendly and are glad to answer any questions you might have. The houseboat is moored directly on the water in an active marina where staff and other boaters are present.

The front porch area has a section that is not enclosed. Since the boat is directly on the water, those with mobility issues should use their own discretion when booking. If there's a chance you may become seasick, please bring motion sickness medicine with you.

This is a rustic log cabin with (most) of the amenities of home but please keep in mind you're booking a glamping getaway with elements of nature including: birds, turtles, bugs, sun and inclement weather including rain and other storms. Unfortunately we can not control nature! Areas such as the front porch and outdoor bathroom are naturally exposed to the elements.

Guest access
Complete private access to the houseboat itself, the marina which has extra bathrooms and showers, a poolside bar, a deli, laundry room and convenience store with beer, soda, snacks, ice and fishing supplies & gear. Certain areas like the front porch + outdoor bathroom may become wet during heavy rains and storms.

Other things to note
Free parking. Due to the nature of this space, we do not advise bringing small children however we leave that decision ultimately in our guests' hands.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day plus tax
2-Minimum: 5 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 90F (Since it is a Spa and NOT a hot tub).
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather (below 50F). If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• Please note some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.

This luxury private family home is on a one-acre lot and has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms located in Orlando, FL. Everything is very close to the Airbnb. Airport is 7 miles away. Theme parks are all within 15 to 20 miles away. Cocoa Beach is about 45 minutes away. Also, downtown Orlando is only 11 miles away. A beautiful pool is available and a lot of land for parking use. RV parking space is also available this private home is very peaceful and not in a community neighborhood.

THE SPACE:
This home is about 3000 Sq. Ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 full bed, 3 folding beds, and 1 toddler bed available. There is a large pool that goes up to 6 feet along with a very spacious patio. The house is on a acre lot that give plenty of room for parking.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest has access to the entire house expect the garage. The garage area is not for use. As it is a separate apartment that someone lives in.

*DUE TO COVID-19: The house is sanitized after every guest. Surfaces are sanitized with Lysol wipes and spray

POOL HEATER:
Please request pool heater a day before your booking. It will be an additional $80 per day

GRILL & STOVE AREA:
Grill is available if you would like to use it you are more than welcome to. It will be a $30 cleaning fee. Gas stove is also available for a fee of $25. Please request ahead of time so we can take it out for you. Charcoal and fuel are not provided. Lighter and grill utensils are available.

SMOKERS:

Well located so you can go to Universal by bicycle (free) and save $30/day parking with an easy bike ride. Bonus: l can show a cheap and easy way to get to EPIC Universe as well.

The space
Equipped with a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich grill, in addition to all the basic utensils so you can prepare a quick meal before heading out to have fun. Bathroom is great and has a shower. In addition it had central heating for the cold nights and a/c for the hot Florida days. It is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a unique place to stay away from the crowds. It has everything you might need if you plan to stay for a longer period. The airport, Sea World, and Disney Springs are all 20min away by car. No smoking is allowed in the unit but l have a table and chairs outside for that purpose if needed.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the travel trailer which is parked in my backyard with my other RV. Please not it will remain parked at all times.

IMPORTANT: This RV is dedicated to travelers who are seeking a budget friendly place to stay while visiting the parks in Orlando. If you are not visiting parks, please let me know the purpose of your visit. You may use the bike provided to go to Universal Studios, supermarkets, restaurants, bank, or any other location around the neighborhood during your stay (l provide a lock for the bike). If you need a HOT shower, l charge a $10 fee per night.

The space
Nestled in the freshwater middle basin which also offers access to Lake Monroe and Lake Jessup, you will find this classic yacht model designed with many artistic improvements in quality and you will find almost every amenity that one would normally find on land. Your stay includes a beautiful living space with electricity, LED TV, full-size bed, bunk and kitchenette with utensils, full size refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning and heat, in- room hot shower, Keurig coffee maker, in-room shower, and lighting for the private, exterior upper deck!

Enjoy the beautiful sunset and a glass of wine on the private upper deck of the yacht for a tranquil night in or as an added bonus, try a cocktail a short walk to the Cabana Live Bar at the marina. Here, you will also find access to the pool where swimming is available, laundry room and gift shoppe.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire houseboat, excluding the captains quarters. This accommodation can comfortably sleep 3 people or a small family. Please note that the captains quarters is off-limits and will be locked.

Access to the middle deck is from the dock and guests will be required to be physically able to use the steps to climb into as well as down from, the boat with caution. Please do not utilize the railing for weight stabilization as it’s intently decorative, in nature.

Our contactless check- in makes check- in easy. There is a lock-box which will give you key card access to the marina and its amenities. This code will be provided once you book. Please return the key card to the lock-box at checkout.

This houseboat is available exclusively to the renter named on the listing agreement with valid identification card. 9:00 pm -7:00 am are quiet hours to be respectful to the neighbors on the dock. Disturbances of neighbors or other businesses at the marina is expressly not permitted. Additional fees accrued for guests.

No animals are permitted on the boat for any duration of time.

The owner reserves the right to refuse further tenancy to guests who breaks House Rules. Additional fees may be accrued for any broken rules, so please ensure to follow the instructions in this listing, as booking this reservation expresses your acknowledgment and agreement to House Rules.

This houseboat remains at the dock and guest access does not include boat charter or boat piloting. Must be physically fit to embark and disembark the ship without assistance as the boat rails are decorative and not are meant to support body weight. Please note you must have a fishing license to catch and keep LEGAL FISH IN SEASON. It is your responsibility to keep up on the fish seasons and dates that they are open.
If you wish to swim, please do so at the swimming pool. For your safety, no swimming is permitted at the marina.
