Our Oliver is located approximately three quarter mile from the base marina, anchored in a beautiful cove, where often times you will have dolphins, and or manatee stop by to say hi!! If you're high maintenance, needy, or a picky person, you may want to check in to a Hilton down the road) The boat stays anchored! You're provided with a double kayak for your back and forth transportation, and exploring. Or, for a little more, we have motorized dingys for your ease of transportation and exploring delight!!! The bed is a very nice serta sleeper queen, for your rest assured) Up top you will find a beautiful sitting place, with a lovely breeze most times, to relax, stargaze, and grill out on your Weber propane grill. The generator on the boat will supply your power for coffee, microwave, ac, stove top, or toaster. It's design is not intended to run for 24 hours a day, rather we supply you with 8 hours of generator run time per day, after that, we leave it to you, to cover any extra fuel expenses. The sailboat is a classical full keel design with a lot of teak wood and carpentry work.
The boat cover the basic needs , it’s more glamping on the water so do not expect the same service than a hotel but you can expect dolphins passing by or occasional manatees or turtles. Also you may see practice little sailboats from the sailing club
We provide transportation to go from shore to the boat and vice versa. We include a round trip per paying day ,then it’s $7 per trip.
Regular hours are from 7:30 a.m. till 12am .we have some exceptions during Ultra Festival ,till 3am and during Art Basel till 1:30 a.m. and some with previous arrangements, may include extra charge.

A one-of-a-kind experience for those who want to enjoy Miami from a different viewpoint. Can accommodate up to two people, includes a basic toilet and freshwater. The boat is anchored in Muale Lake, which allows you to view the Miami skyline from a distance. You'll be in the famous Sunny Isles area and the Haulover Sandbar. Two kayaks are included for guests.
Parking is also included. The sailboat is anchored by Aventura and only way to get to it is by kayak
The only way to cook on the boat is the charcoal grill, no microwave it also has an electric cooler. Please keep in mind that this is a boat, be prepared, it can be rocky some nights and glassy others. There’s no air conditioner or hot water.
Other things to note. Public transportation near the area or easy to order an
uber and gives you access to plenty of restaurants nearby.
This is meant to be an experience in which you spend the majority of the time on the boat. If you wish to go to and from the boat you must use the Kayak and lock it to get to land.

- "The boat is great. Don’t bring much stuff because the kayaks can’t hold much so you’ll end up with a workout making laps. Bring ice and water. Host is great." - "My partner and I stayed on this charming sailboat. It is rustic, but as pictured. It includes a gas stove, kettle, a few kitchen items, towels, and bedding. While it does indicate that there is a kayak to the boat, it was a bit strange. We kayaked from what seemed like a random piece of the shore, definitely not a boat launch. It worked well! We did not bring a car so walked from where we left the kayaks to nearby grocery stores/restaurants. The managers of the boat were lovely and very helpful. They communicated very well and offered tips for the boat and nearby activities."

This 60ft yacht can be yours for a day, a night, a week or a month. She is a fantastic family vacation Yacht. She features three staterooms, 2 full baths, outdoor showers, and a full-beam mid-ship master suite. This is your apartment on the water that you can take with you. Perfect for two couples or a family.

The VRBO rates are to stay on the boat only. If you want to take the boat out please let us know. The charter fee is $2400 for 4 hours, $2600 for 6 hours and $2,800 for 8 hours.

Other things to note
For those guests that want to charter the boat for the additional fee, a qualified captain will be provided along with a stewardess or a mate. The stew is an additional $25 an hour but well worth it. They will provide you with a five-star experience. Prepare food, shop for you, clean, serve and act as you vip host during your charter. They also help the captain with everything on the boat. Please note in order to book a charter we will need at least 7 days of advance notice to guarantee the availability of the crew. If you give us shorter notice we will still try our best to accommodate you, but no guarantees.

Use of the Jetski is extra and not included. The Jetski is $150 an hour and billed separately. In order to use the jet-ski you must let us know at the time of your booking that you intend to use the Jetski during your stay so we can make sure it is available for you. You must have prior jet-ski experience, be able to prove that for the insurance company and have a Florida boating safety certificate. You can take the course online prior to your trip if you don't have one.

Oh and don't forget to tip the crew if they do a great job. It's customary to give the crew a 15-20% gratuity, similar to a restaurant.

This sailboat, a Hunter 31, has many memories onboard, we want you to experience what it means living by the ocean and make your own memories on in. Wake up with the sound of the water and nature.

Please make sure to read everything!

This is a sailboat, and as any other vessel there are certain differences with a regular house or apartment. Keep in mind that this is an experience and you will not find your every day conveniences. Below is a summary of what you can expect from our precious boat after renovating it for 6 months:

- Complementary stuff: we'll provide you with a welcome basket which includes coffee pods for your morning coffees, snacks and some bottles of water.

- Sleeping: remedy counts with 2 separate bed rooms, one in the bow (front) able to fit two and one on the stern (back) of the boat able to fit two as well.

This is a boat: it is safely tight to the dock, however, depending on the weather expect some rocky movement.

- Cooking: the kitchen has an old school alcohol stove to brew your coffee or cook a nice meal.

- Air Conditioner: as in most classic sailboats there is no A/C onboard, hence, there are five strong fans to keep fresh circulating.

- Shower: in order to shower there are designated marina facilities which you'd have access to 24/7 with hot nice water. No shower onboard!

- Toilet: the bathroom has an electric toilet which can only process human derived waste/solids. PLEASE, do not throw anything other that something you drank or ate.

- Water: there is limited (30 gallons) fresh water (not hot) onboard, so it must be conserved. If you consume all of the water, we will have to refill the tank.

- Electricity: even though the boat is hooked up to shore power, all lighting is powered with 12 Volt batteries (like the ones car uses). So please turn them off when not in used.

- Fridge: there is a small fridge able to fit a 2-3 day food supply.

- Food and water: just like camping, you must bring your own food and water.

Guest access

Entire place: you will have full access to the boat except for compartments like the engine, battery hatches and the lazaret. Which we don't think you would want to spend time there anyways!

Other things to note

Remedy is located in a marina so during the day you can expect normal marina activities around: people using their boats, washing and maybe fixing.

In order to get to the cabin you must take 3 steps down. And up, of course, when going back up :)

Even though this boat has a fat belly, it can get tight depending on where you are standing. Please take this into consideration if you consider yourself claustrophobic or don't like small spaces.

At 10PM there is quiet-time so no music or loud noise.

This marina is located in downtown historic Coconut Grove which is the largest wet slip marina in Florida.

- Restaurants: Sushi Maki, Monty's Raw, Bayshore Club (Brand New), Glass & Vine, Starbucks and within less than 3/4 of a mile the all famous Coco Walk!

- Supermarket: The Fresh Market.

- Parks: David T Kennedy Park, Peacock Park, Regatta Park, West Islands Nature Park (only accesible by boat/kayak/paddle board).

Getting around
With your booking you will be provided with two bicycles and a lock to secure them wherever you go.

If you rather walk, almost every place is located within a mile.

Uber is always an option.

You will also have 1 paddle board to explore around with two diving masks.
