Park for free at our fantastic location on the Ashley River and the peninsula of beautiful downtown Charleston, SC. Walk to a Riverdog's baseball game (single-A affiliated with the Yankees), or simply watch the stadium's fireworks from the comfort of the yacht's deck while sipping a cocktail. Cross the street to Publix to grab any groceries you need for your stay. We are right around the corner from the Citadel (go Bulldogs!), and minutes away from the shopping and nightlife of King Street. Charleston's southern charm, historic mansions, and world-renowned restaurants will be at your fingertips!

The yacht has a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker). We supply kitchen necessities and a fully stocked spice rack for those who like to cook. There are 2 flat screen TVS with two blu-ray players, and plenty of board games. No fear with children as there is a first class playground in the park adjacent to the boat 200 yards away. Both bedrooms have custom-made memory foam mattresses that feel like supportive clouds. Take advantage of the boat's central heat and air, or open all the hatches and windows to let the sea breeze flow through. Fresh linens and towels provided. Wifi and a huge selection of movies included.

We are happy to create custom charters to meet your needs. We will gladly offer you a discount if booked at the time of making your reservation. This is a dockside charter and not a short-term rental. By booking you are chartering the boat to remain at the dock during your stay.

We are 3 blocks from the Historic Battery just past the Coast Guard Station, and six "city blocks" from Meeting Street and the Market Area.

From the magnificent architectural homes of the Battery, and the finest restaurants in the south, to the art and antique shops, Charleston is a place unlike any other.

PLEASE NOTE IT IS EXTREMELY EXPENSE TO MAINTAIN A BOAT SUCH AS THIS. Therefore the boat books for TWO people. There is an additional guest charge per person up to eight people after the first two. This makes the boat approachable for a couple as well as very economical for larger groups to enjoy the boat. Remember what your parents taught you.. if it’s to good to be true. It probably is. By booking the boat in this way it makes it reasonable for all parties involved. We love sharing out boating experience with people and try very hard to upkeep it. It’s a fantastic way to spend time in Charleston and a very unique experience that most people will not find anywhere else.

Beautifully restored Hatteras motor yacht. Updates include teak flooring and walls, granite countertops and copper sinks in kitchen and baths. Large salon with two white leather couches that fold out into double beds. The large sun deck and helm are perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Master suite is spacious with a queen bed. Forward v-berth cabin sleeps two in twin beds. Please refer to photos.

300 yards down a private road and you're in the middle of the breathtaking marsh. Just you, dolphins, birds, the occasional kayaker...and of course this big sailing yacht.

The three well-appointed cabins, two bathrooms, a living area, and a modern galley, provide a comfortable stay, to be sure....but who's staying inside when you can spend time on the large dock - relaxing with a good book, grilling out, swimming with the dolphins, paddleboarding, kayaking, or even fishing one of the best spots in town!

This Blue Water Yacht spent most of its life sailing between California and Alaska, although she's been around the world twice. Her classic teak woodwork, comfortable layout, and modern amenities make for the perfect stationary getaway on the water.

Oh...did I mention you get to name her? That's right, we've painted the back of her hull with chalkboard paint, and we provide the chalk. So have a little fun and come up with a cool name!

The Yacht is on a very secluded dock just off the Folly River. This paradise is all yours for your entire stay. You can relax in the hammock or sit at the picnic table on the large pierhead overlooking the marsh. You can take one of the kayaks (we have 2 singles and 1 double) and paddle through the marsh exploring, go swimming, or try your luck fishing or crabbing from the dock. You can also enjoy a breathtaking sunrise and sunset - relax in the chairs on the dock, or up on the pierhead where you will always find a cool breeze.

There are other places you can stay while you're in Charleston, but none of them are like this. You will be staying three football fields away from the nearest house. Just a mile from a grocery store, liquor store, and even a Chinese place - but you won't even think about that stuff, because you're in the middle of a beautiful marsh enjoying the outdoor adventure you always dreamed about.

It is absolutely fine to invite guests to the dock to hang out while you're here. However, it is not fine to have a big party. You are also not allowed to just add additional people (over the 5 people you can book) to stay overnight unless you check with us in advance. You are welcome to trailer your personal boat down and put it in the water next to the dock (we have a ramp) then dock it on the same dock if you like. That makes it pretty easy to get up in the morning and go fishing. :)

We have spent over two years building this paradise on the water. We like to think we've created a unique place for people to relax and enjoy nature - and judging from the reviews, the people who have spent time with us agree!

The Space
◾️Thoughtfully laid out with premium furnishings and designed for stay-aboard comfort. The main outside deck features unobstructed water views and includes seating for up to 8 guests. Deck lighting, outdoor speakers and plush outdoor pillows and blankets provide for an incredible outdoor escape with the dolphins and ocean life.

◾️This pristine and fully air conditioned home on the water provides two bedrooms with full-sized bed equivalents and one bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortable for couples, but may be on the smallish size for "friends." Additionally, there are two couches in the living room. Wireless internet, a flat screen television with full cable, along with USB ports for charging electronic devices is available.

◾️The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a small refrigerator, plates, cups, mugs, silverware and everything you would need for some snacks or a light breakfast. Fresh local coffee, a variety of Quaker oatmeal, premium snacks and chilled bottled water are included with your stay.

◾️During the colder months, a heated cabin and the world's softest Berkshire blankets provide a very comfortable outdoor experience while still enjoying the waterfront and ocean life. Getting Around
◾️The marina is on the west side of the Charleston City peninsula, centrally located and is only a 10-15 minute walk to many attractions downtown.

◾️The marina offers a FREE shuttle downtown on the hour from 8am to 5pm in the winter and until 8 pm in the summer. Secure/gated parking is available on site at the marina for $18.00 per day. If you take your car in and out of the parking lot, multiple times, the marina charges $1.00 per half hour.

◾️Public transportation on the city busses and trolleys is free and available daily until 8pm. Cabs and UBER/LYFT provide great options as well.

There is of course a toilet, sink (cold and hot running water), mirror and an array of toiletries and freshly laundered premium towels and wash cloths available on board the vessel.

Our luxurious 50ft Beneteau sailing yacht is meticulously kept and provides an ideal romantic getaway for two or a fun adventure for up to 6. Two private staterooms are offered with plenty of privacy for couples, and plenty room to relax on the large deck or in the shade of the bimini. “Fate” sleeps up to four guests, we do not allow more. Forward cabin has queen birth with a full bathroom/shower with electric head. Aft cabin has a center-line queen bed with private access to its own full bathroom with shower. The main salon has a large U-shaped dinette which comfortably seats 6 and converts to a lounge for watching TV. Fully equipped galley (kitchen) has a gas oven and cook top, microwave, refrigerator, and an array of cooking utensils. A flat screen TV and DVD player are available in each room, with the main salon equipped with a 32inch LED tv with dvd and USB for watching movies on memory stick. The stereo includes an IPod connection. Linens and towels provided. Wifi is also available.

The yacht is not available for bare boat charters but we can arrange harbor cruises and overnight charters to nearby locations like Bohicket Marina. One night trip to Bohicket Marina and back are a great way to spend a weekend. The two days one night for 4 to Bohicket Marina for $2,400 plus dockage, not including gratuity. This includes roughly 6 to 8 hours of sea time each way. We always circle the island sailing both offshore and the intra coastal so you can see it all.
