The villa had beach chairs, cooler, and tent. There are plenty of kitchen supplies. There were 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 teens. The space was comfortable and worked out perfectly for us. We were adventuring daily so mostly in villa mornings and at night. We enjoyed playing games and cards on the screened porch. There were no surprises. Historic log cabin on deep water just outside of Charleston, SC. Enjoy your stay in this one bedroom log cabin on the Toogoodoo River where peace, quiet and views abound. It has a full kitchen, living room, dining area and great front porch! We are located just down the road from Edisto Beach and Kiawah- with restaurants, hiking trails, and Botany Bay Beach ! Bring the kayaks, get ready for some amazing sunsets and dolphins swimming by!
Toogoodoo Bluff sits on a high bluff overlooking the deep Toogoodoo Creek and wide marshes. As for the structures, all three have different backgrounds.

The Farmhouse dates back to the mid to late 1700's, and includes a unique architectural feature of a rain porch with extended roof. The house was disassembled in the mid 1990's and numbered board by board and then reconstructed on the current site. It was not finished until 2006.

The Log Cabin dates back to the early 1800's. It was located in the low mountains of Spartanburg County in SC near the border of NC. It was also disassembled and reconstructed on the current site. The reconstruction included the addition of a kitchen, bathroom and front porch.

The Girl Scout Cabin was built in the late 1880’s and was used for years in Summerville, SC. The cabin was located to the property in 2003 where an amazing screened in porch was placed on the water side of the structure.

Toogoodoo is close to the town of Hollywood, SC. A sleepy town 20 minutes south of Charleston, SC. You will find several restaurants, including award winning Italian restaurant Pane E Vino. The property is also located 20 minutes from Edisto Beach and nature reserve Botany Bay. On the way to Edisto you will find the Kings Market, a 6-generation family farm market with amazing cream cheese and deserts to die for. Also, close to Toogoodoo is Caw Caw County Park, home of the Rainbow swamp.

I only brought Keureg cups so she ground some fresh coffee for me which was delicious. We had a lovely conversation on the dock, which has a gorgeous view of the Toogoodoo River. I feel like I have a new friend!! The cabin was nice and cozy and the queen bed was so comfortable! This was a last minute booking so I was very happy to have found this rental! If you have issues with stairs, this might not be the place for you as the bedroom is upstairs. It was extremely hot outside but the cabin stayed nice and cool! Welcome to our newly remodeled downstairs apartment, perfectly located across from "The Washout," South Carolina's premier surfing beach. This 1-bedroom suite offers everything you need for a relaxing island getaway. Just steps from the beach, a short bike ride to local restaurants, and a 15-minute drive to historic Charleston, it’s an ideal spot for couples, surfers, beach lovers, and solo travelers.

This spacious 650-square-foot guest suite features a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a cozy sitting area with a 55" TV, high-speed WiFi with an extender, and a 4K Apple TV ready for your subscriptions and streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality cookware, utensils, appliances, and bar essentials.

Your private entrance is located on the right side of the home and includes a shaded seating area and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beach access is just one house away. We provide two folding beach chairs, a cooler, and a soft-top surfboard for your use. However, we do not supply beach towels, blankets, umbrellas, or shade canopies, so please bring your own. Kindly avoid taking bath towels to the beach.

Please note, we are a lively family living full-time in the unit above with an active toddler, infant and a friendly dog. - "This is an amazing spot for a quick beach getaway. The location is right next to the beach and is on a quieter street but still allows easy access to the main street of Folly down the road. Checkin was easy. The place was clean and comfortable, simple but consistent with the online pictures. You can hear noise from the unit above, but it did not bother us too much. When an issue came up with the toilets, the host was very responsive and came over right away. He went above and beyond to address the issue. We had a great weekend!"
