Paved bike trails connect Seabrook Island with Bohicket Marina (cute shops, restaurants, and outstanding views of river and marsh), Freshfield’s Shopping Village (gourmet foods, grocery store, Starbucks, eclectic shops, post office, pharmacy, urgent care center), and Kiawah Island. Both Seabrook and Kiawah have hard-packed sand enabling you to ride on the beach at low tide. Although Seabrook Island is private, the public is welcome to visit the shops and restaurants on Kiawah Island.

Reliable Property Managers cleaning staff has been instructed to launder the bed sheets and white cotton blanket after every guest departure. On arrival, all bed sheets, including the blanket, should be clean. Please bring your own comforter and extra blanket(s) if you desire.
• We removed the living room throw.
• Reliable Property Managers will continue to have their staff clean all the high-touch areas in the villa with disinfectant (including door handles, light switches, counters, etc.).
• We installed a keyless front door lock so our guests will have the option of using a four-digit code to open the lock or carrying a key.
• Access to villa and welcome packet will be sent electronically. To avoid contact with amenity card staff, guests can arrange to pick up their amenity cards in a lockbox outside the amenity office by designating this on their amenity card form.

Our Windswept Villa is located just a short walk down the path from Kiawah's world-renowned, 10 mile-long beach! The setting is tranquil, and very "Kiawah". We love the beauty of the coastal shingle-styled buildings nestled in the natural setting that draws most of us to Kiawah Island in the first place, and has captured our hearts forever. We enjoy stepping out each morning with a cup of coffee for a walk along the beach. Later in the day we can take our beach chairs and a book and relax next to the ocean. At some point each day we hop on bikes to explore the island along the miles of bike paths that wind through the forest and past amazing seaside cottages, and architecturally stunning mansions. The view is great and we were fortunate to have 6 nice bucks feed 30 yards in front of us one evening. Getting to the river/ ocean was easy and nice. Going to the main ocean was a little work so I would simply recommend getting bikes or golf cart. Didn’t bother us but wanted to make the recommendation if you stay. Bay Pointe Villas are just 3 miles from both Seabrook Beaches, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Sound side of the Island. The views were amazing to wake up to each morning while sitting on the porch with your cup of coffee. Every evening we made our way down the dock to see some of the prettiest sunsets. We frequented Java Java at Freshfield Village which was very close. The grocery store and gas station there were so convenient. Though we had to drive to it, the beach access wasn't bad at all. It stormed and raining the first few days, but the armtmosphere more than made up for it. The Salty Dog restaurant was right down the road. It has amazing views! You can't tell from the front of the restaurant. You really have to go in and check it out. Great vibe! Overall, an excellent, stress free getaway. Would love to return!"

The condo was vey clean and homey, lots of beach reads available. Near beach access (about 5 min drive) and lake house amenities included. We did not purchase a beach club amenities card, but if you have little kids and want a pool, then it might be worth it. Our teens prefer the surf. Check out the island activities on their Facebook page, we were able to see sea turtle babies leave their nest and walk to the sea. I would wholly recommend a stay here and we will probably be back."

Upon entering the villa, you will find the dining room that leads to the kitchen, living room and staircase to the upper floors. Popular dining spots include Southbound, Sorghum & Salt, Kultura, Wild Common, Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Chasing Sage, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, R Kitchen, Estadio, Pink Cactus, and Barsa. The houses are minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

PETS - As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.

SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

CLEANING - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF - For guests with early arrival or late departure flights, luggage dropoff is allowed upon request for free.

NOISE - Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood from 10pm to 8am daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors. Please be aware that being on the bottom floor of a historic house without modern soundproofing may result in hearing other guests or street sounds. We do not provide discounts or refunds for noise-related complaints.

COVID - Please be advised that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
