- "Lovely condo with a can't beat location! We usually rent a house with extended family for a whole week but circumstances were different this year and we couldn't make family beach week happen. We were very familiar with the Inlet Point Condos but had never stayed until now. We appreciated being able to not have to book a whole week but still have a fantastic beach getaway! This condo had the perfect location for a stay with small kids - just across the street from beach access and right across from one of the pools. We loved the peekaboo ocean views and you could hear the waves from the screened in porch. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We loved crabbing and fishing off of the community dock with our eldest. It was the perfect size for our family and the master had plenty of room to set up the pack n play for the baby. Beds were very comfy and water pressure was great. Our only hiccup was that the wifi stopped working and the TVs were app only set up. It seemed to be a faulty router or power cord which is a Spectrum job to fix. With it being a weekend they were likely unable to get out there before checkout. So not really anything more that could have been done other than having a little more communication from resort management - we heard nothing back from them after reporting the issue. So we had no TV or wifi for half of our stay, but that wasn't why we were there anyway. Overall a wonderful unit and a lovely stay! "

- "We enjoyed our stay at Lakeside. The reservations were a little weird. Had to call and pay outside of VRBO. That made us a little uncomfortable. You lose the protections of doing business through VRBO that way. I hope they get that sorted out. We booked another property the same way with the same company but had to cancel it. The only way to get a refund is by check 30 days later. That is certainly not the way VRBO would have done it. Unhappy with that process."

- "Very nice property - tastefully decorated. Large bedrooms and bathroom. Loved the screen porch! To watch the herons and alligator in stream. It is a duplex which was a surprise - I thought we had the whole house to ourselves. Thankfully, there were no occupants next door so it was quiet. May have been different during a busy time of year. The only negative was that we had to drive to get to the beach. The information said it was a short 11 minute walk to beach but it is actually almost a mile 🙁. In the on season probably would be hard to find a parking place. We were told that there is a shuttle in the Summer that goes to the beach. The gentleman who checked us in was great - a retired policeman. The deck at the beach entrance was very large and nice. Love Pawleys Island♥️"

Open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have a view to the porch and the lake. Nicely furnished, and lots of natural light make this unit a great spot for your vacation. The furnished screened porch offers a relaxing view and is a great place to unwind and catch up with family and friends.

- "Lichfield is the perfect location for families who want to spend time at the beach, the pool, and explore PI, MI, Gtown, etc. The check in process was very easy, room was ready on time, etc. The property is in decent shape and is just fine for a beach vacation. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. It wasn't gross, but it had obviously been forgotten. Floor and toilet had not been cleaned after previous guests. The other bathroom had a faulty shower. The valve must be broken, and the thermostat in the property is definitely set too high. It went from cold to boiling hot. Our children are independent and usually jump in the shower on their own. Thankfully I was in the bathroom when my youngest got in the shower. Otherwise, he would have burned himself badly. The paper towels and toilet paper that were available were the cheapest possible options. Not a big deal, but a little annoying considering the price you pay for vacations nowadays. There were no trash bags other than the one in the can when we arrived, and there were no directions about how to leave the property. Since we didn't really know what to do, we cleaned up, put dirty towels in the tubs, etc. It would have been nice to get a message assuring us that there wasn't more to do. Overall this was a nice place and I'd recommend it to anyone. The shower could have been a bad accident and I'm sure they'll get that fixed. The rest of the stuff was just mildly annoying and didn't affect our stay."
