The house was perfect for our 4 adults and 4 kiddos. The bathrooms are separate from bedrooms which makes utilizing either bathroom super convenient. Kitchen was well equipped for the several meals we prepared as well as the outdoor kitchen with flattop griddle. Hot tub was magnificent! It was a short drive (or golf cart ride!!) to the beach, sound and various restaurants and businesses. Our trip with the kids on the cart to the pier and icecream shop was a hit. Donna was a hoot! She is fun to talk to and is a long-time local who is knowledgeable and loves the area as well as people. She had great suggestions, was hospitable and respectful. We had everything we needed and plenty of extra to relax, have fun and really enjoy the laid back vibes of Topsail Beach with friends."

Gorgeous home inside and out with amazing water views! There are lots of decks to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and a wraparound deck on the top floor provides great views of the waterway. With easy access from the ground level, there is an elevator to all 3 levels. On the 1st floor, the master bedroom w/ queen bed, private shower bath has access to an ocean view covered deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double & two twin beds with nearby hall tub/shower bath.
