With its open floor plan, BHI Villa 45 showcases panoramic ocean views from the family/dining room/master areas. The living area is comfortably outfitted with comfortable furniture, a fresh color palette and a large Smart TV.

The gourmet kitchen has recently been updated with granite counter tops and features quality appliances. Stocked with everything you need, you will be able to make large family meals in this space.

The master bedroom has an amazing ocean view and features a king bed with custom headboard, built-in shelves, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed along with a connecting bathroom with shower. The loft bedroom offers queen, plus a twin bed and boasts expansive views from the adjacent balcony. A half bath is attached.

All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Our villa is well-situated in the complex with a large lawn both in front of the villa and to the side of the place providing lots of space to play and enjoy a gathering around the outdoor grill. If the sun gets too bright, unwind under the deck on the Adirondack chairs or on the hammock.

Two golf carts come with the rental - a 4-seater and a brand new 6-seater (purchased 2025).

Linens, towels (one set/person) and beach towels are provided.

A high chair and pack n' play are also provided.

Membership to the Bald Head Island Club is available via separate purchase with your rental. Price varies during the season.

We had the opportunity to stay in Villa 45 for a couple of days this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful South Beach is a 5 minute walk and is wide and calm. We loved being right next to the BHI club and really enjoyed strolling over for a delicious dinner one evening. The Villa was really cute, clean and fresh, comfortable and well stocked. We had some great morning bike rides with the the cruisers included with the Villa. The sunset from the deck cannot be beat. What a fantastic spot on this gorgeous island!

The living area is designed for comfort, features a queen-size sleeper sofa, two plush recliners, a fresh color palette, and a 65” Smart TV. The updated kitchen, complete with granite countertops and quality appliances, is fully stocked for home-cooked meals.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a 55” Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, connecting bathroom, and a 55” Smart TV. The loft bedroom also has a queen bed, a private bath, and its own balcony with sunset views.

Villa 40 is ideal for outdoor fun. Enjoy the grill, relax in Adirondack chairs, or take a nap on the swinging bed under the deck.

Our Villa is ideally located within a short walking distance to the beach, pool or club. The club facilities include casual poolside dining or elegant club dining, the George Cobb golf course, tennis courts, children's playground, splash pad, fitness room and rocking chairs on the clubhouse veranda.

Once you disembark from the scenic 20-minute ferry ride from the mainland, a tram will take you and your luggage to the Villa where your six person golf cart will be waiting in the garage ready to explore the island. And for such a small place, there is lots to see.

Dining options include cooking at home out on the gas grill or in a fully equipped kitchen after shopping in a very well-equipped Maritime Market, or casual elegance in the dining rooms at the Bald Head Island Club or overlooking the ocean at The Shoals Club.
In the harbor you can roll up your sleeves and get a steam pot filled with crab legs, clams, mussels, shrimp, potatoes and corn on the cob while sitting outdoors and harborside at Jule's on the Harbour.

The villas are uniform in architecture and square footage but vary greatly inside. This villa has been beautifully renovated with a gorgeous kitchen and modern bathrooms. The owners are meticulous, particularly when it comes to stocking supplies, recreational equipment, and beach necessities. They are highly organized and provide everything you could possibly need for beach time (chairs, towels, beach toys, games), crabbing and fishing, and cooking (Weber Spirit grill), watching TV and movies (cable, streaming, DVDs) and cleaning (brand new washer/dryer, Dyson vacuum, etc.). The two 4-5 person golf carts were reliable and got us everywhere we needed to go. The location of this house is impeccable - a few steps to the entrance of the Bald Head Island Club (weekly guest membership available for a fee), a 7-minute cart ride to the marina or maritime market, and a 15-minute cart ride to Cape Fear Station on the other end of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa and can't say enough good things about the way it is equipped. Great communication with the owners, as well. A+++!"

We did see a couple roaches but also a few dead ones so I’m guessing the house must have recently been sprayed for bugs. This is likely something you will find anywhere you stay on the island and the instructions do mention them. Overall great place to stay and would recommend."

Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom villa under new ownership! Our home boasts spectacular ocean views from 2 elevated decks and a heavenly shaded ocean breeze on the ground level porch overlooking the lagoon. We are located just a short walk to the nearest beach access across the street and away from the noise of the BHI club hustle and bustle. The main level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, while the loft area contains a twin bunk bed with a half bath. The master on the main level has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and pull out twin sofa bed with a private shower/tub combo bath. - "We came for a family wedding and although things were disrupted by because of Hurricane Ian, we still had a good time. We had a couple of minor maintenence issues, one one of which was hurricane related, but response was swift and all taken care of promptly. Kudos to your staff for for coming out in the middle of the hurricane to get a window closed before it blew off! There were no towels and washcloths in the upstairs bath, but plenty in the downstairs baths to share. The only surprise was in the checkout procedures. Most items were normal checkout, but I have rented cottages at the beach for 50 years and this is the first time I have ever been asked to wash my own sheets. On the plus side, I appreciated having the beds made when we arrived, rather than having to make them later. I hope we can come back again sometime and enjoy the island the way we had planned."

- "We were pleasantly surprised by the livability of this villa. There were 6 of us- so the 3 baths were perfect for a bit more privacy given the smaller footprint of the house. Though the villas are smaller, the windows and vaulted ceilings make it feel spacious- and the kitchen and living room were perfect for comfortable dinners and movie nights. The view of South Beach is unbeatable for the price! We had one issue that was repaired within hours of calling the property manager. And the golf carts were AMAZING! New and sporty! And we saw Elvis quite a bit!"
