On the last morning of our stay I attempted to sleep in considering I was up at conferences everyday from 7 am til 11 pm. Well unfortunately I couldn't do that because three of the cleaning crew employees were outside of my room playing with each other and being very loud and disruptive, to the point I had to come ask them if they would mind being a little more quiet because I was trying to rest. One lady apologized. When I closed my door, I heard one of them say she "had to restrain herself because she was about to cuss me out." At this point I came back out and said excuse me someone said they were going to cuss me out because you all are being unprofessional? I advised I would go speak with management and she bodly encouraged me to that she didn't care. My company could have chosen any hotel in Wilmington or Carolina beach to stay in and we picked this one to spend thousands with. I don't see my staying here again or referring to others. "

You are one turn away from the intersection that takes you straight to Wrightsville Beach (~20 mins/6 miles) or directly downtown (~10 mins). We're in a family-friendly neighborhood right off I-40 & 7 mins from the heart of town. We're sustainably-minded with thrifted pieces & many non-toxic amenities. This is a private room on the main floor of our house accessed via our front door.

Welcome to our Minimal Jet Setter Room — a peaceful, minimalist space with calming decor and subtle Wilmington charm. Stretch out, do some yoga, or just unwind after a day of exploring.

This private guest room with en-suite bathroom is on the main floor of our home and accessed through the front door. While our kitchen and living room are on the same floor and not physically separated from the guest room, they are not shared with guests. Our room(s) are upstairs, offering a respectful balance of privacy and presence.

If you're looking for complete seclusion or a fully self-contained stay, an apartment or cottage may be a better fit. Otherwise, we’d love to host your stay!

We love our home and spend time here often. Because of the proximity of the room to our main living area and our residence being on the 2nd floor, there will be routine noise during the hours of 7am-11pm. Occasionally, we have late-evening or early-morning commitments and will enter/exit via our garage access door, which is directly across from the room, but we do our best to be as quiet as possible.

Two TVs make sure your crew doesn’t fight over the remote, and the updated kitchenette is ready for action, with a full fridge, microwave & convection oven, two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, Keurig, and even an ice maker to keep your drinks chill. Pots, pans, and all the basics are included if you’re feeling chef-y.

There are 2 dogs, 2 outdoor cats, and 6 ducks on the property. The dogs are very friendly and love people, however after the initial 2min of your arrival they completely lose interest in you😄.
All pets have free range of the property so if you have a service animal please keep this in mind.

🐶 Pet Policy: Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet. Dogs are welcome (max 2) with prior approval and a pet fee. Service animals are always welcome without charge.

ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $25/night per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

Yes, leashed pets are allowed on Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina from October 1–March 31, but not on the beach strand from April 1–September 30
