The clean whites and grays of the condo interior mimic the colors of a sea gull. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed for both the foodie who loves to cook and the guest who is heating up leftovers from one of the many local restaurants, most of which are within 1/2 of a mile. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, so the unit can sleep 6. There is a full bathroom with a shower in the primary bedroom, and the full bath off of the living room has a tub/shower enclosure.

The beach is literally just steps away. Step out on the balcony, walk down the stairs, go to the end of Money Island Drive (150ft), turn west (right) on Glenn Street and go another 50' and the state beach access is right there. The beach is wide and inviting, with white sand and teal water that evokes scenes from the Caribbean.

"Uptown" and "Downtown" (upstairs and downstairs respectively) share a ground floor charcoal grill and an open outdoor shower for rinsing off sand.

NOTE: Airbnb shows "Entire home in Atlantic Beach." What they mean is you are renting the entire condo, not a room in someone's house, which is how that company started. Again, this is only the upstairs unit. You MAY be able to rent both together, but there is no internal staircase to connect them, only the outside stairs.

There is so much to do in the area besides going to the beach. Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium and historic Fort Macon are just up the road. There are lots of good restaurants all over. Beaufort offers fine dining, historic homes, museums, shopping and ferries to Shackelford Banks and other island fun spots. You will not be bored.

King Junior Suite unit 114 features a King bed, full bathroom with bathtub, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, granite countertops, tile floor, and designer tropical décor. There is an HD flat screen TV, cable TV, and high speed Wi-Fi!

Want to bring your pets with you? No problem! All of our rooms are pet-friendly. We accept up to two dogs (no cats) per room for a pet fee of $20 per dog per night.

Your suite is part of the condotel Island Inn of Atlantic Beach, which means you can enjoy all of the wonderful amenities this community offers. Enjoy the quick 3 block walk to the beach! When coming back from the beach, take advantage of our outdoor shower to rinse off sand from your feet and your furry friend’s paws. PET POLICY
We're happy to welcome your furry companions! If you plan to bring your dog(s), please let us know in advance. We allow up to two dogs per room (sorry, no cats), with a pet fee of $20 per dog, per night. This includes Emotional Support Animals (ESA).

We also kindly ask that you inform us ahead of time if you’re traveling with a Service Animal. While Service Animals are not subject to the pet fee, they must remain under your control at all times while on the property and cannot be left alone in the room.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, pets must not be left unattended in your room unless they are securely crated, and must always be on a leash in hotel common areas.

[HOUSEKEEPING/LAUNDRY]
There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for a nominal fee upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). Please call the number on the placard inside your unit to coordinate any housekeeping requests. There is a credit card operated laundry room onsite (3 washers/3 dryers) for your laundry needs.

[PEST CONTROL]
A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a quarterly basis. Note that we are located in a coastal environment by the Ocean.

[PARKING PASS]
-1 parking pass is provided per reservation.
-An additional pass can be requested prior to your stay for an additional $25.

[NO-SMOKING POLICY]
-Smoking, vaping, drug usage is NOT allowed inside the unit or ANYWHERE on the property. Guests who wish to smoke MUST walk out to the fence by W Fort Macon Road or onto the physical beach (past the gazebos and away from other guests).
-Violators may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY without a refund.
-Violators may also be charged with an additional $300 cleaning fee.

[PET POLICY]
-DOGS ONLY, no cats or exotic animals.
-1 non-aggressive breed under 50lbs can be accommodated with host approval for a $100 pet fee.
-German Shepards, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers, or Rottweilers are not allowed.
-All Guests planning to bring a dog MUST inform the host beforehand of the dog's size/breed and confirm that vaccinations/flea meds are up to date.
-Guests who are not transparent and are caught on property with an unauthorized animal will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.
-Dogs must be crated when left unattended inside the unit. Guests will be accountable for their pet. Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their dog will be charged to the guest.
-Please be mindful of other guests. If your dog has a tendency to bark, PLEASE DO NOT leave your dog unattended in the unit for long periods of time.
-Guests must agree to keep their dog on a leash at ALL TIMES when walking the property and are responsible for picking up their dog's waste.

The space
Steps from a quiet, almost secluded, beach. You can hear the ocean from your room and watch dolphins from the upper deck or gazebo. Showers to rinse off as you walk off the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants, stores and bars. Always something to do or not do. There are a variety of games and books in the condo. Feel free to take a book home with you if you don't finish before you leave. Chairs available for use. Lots of storage areas and hangers for your clothes!
