Single travelers and couples will have exclusive access to the back bedroom and balcony and will have the common bathroom to themselves. Only parties of three or more will have exclusive access to the other bedroom or office/old master bedroom.

You may come and go through the Breezeway or the front door. Access the washer and dryer downstairs or use the small units in the common bath. Please let me know when you would like to wash clothes and I'll show you the ins and outs. Please leave bathroom doors unlocked when not in use.

During your stay
Stays will require a lease agreement and supplementary deposit (one month's rent in total).

We will share space so expect to see me as you come and go. I often cook dinner and work from home some days. It will be rare but I may need to retrieve an item from the Office or bookshelves in the back bedroom during your stay. I will let you know.

Other things to note
Sound travels through the house readily and the floors have some squeaks. Be considerate of others in the house as you come and go. If two or more showers are in use at the same moment, you may lose water pressure. Please leave a few extra minutes for yourself in case you need to wait for another person to finish.

Please do not wait until you leave to bring issues to my attention. Don't be shy. My goal is to make your stay comfortable, affordable, and to address any concerns that arise fully and in a timely and direct fashion.

We use a smart lock keyless entry on the back door so our guest can come and go as they please anytime .

I can either socialize with you or give you privacy it’s up to you . There are two female house cats which you may see only one .

We offer as many extra amenities as we can for no extra charge , if for some reason they become unavailable ( say the power goes out during a storm ) we do not refund .
Rooms are cleaned weekly and fresh linens provided .

Please pet our cat at your own peril since she is an animal . You have been warned , we cannot be held responsible for any injuries.
She is just a regular house cat mostly preferring to keep to herself . The guest area of the house is closed off to her as long as the white bi fold doors are kept closed .
In order to keep our prices low we participate in Duke energy’s rush hour program .

Here you will find a uniquely custom-built, industrial atmosphere with artistic touches. Our cool basement bedroom features free Wifi, cable tv, kitchenette essentials, Induction cooktop, microwave/toaster/air fryer combo, fridge, coffee maker, hot water kettle and a dyson handheld vacuum. Perfect for short or extended stay.

The space
The Room is in the basement with a couch area, workspace, walk-in closet with full mirror, and connecting private lavatory. There is a second room in the basement which is occupied by another guest. As you come in you'll share the main entrance which lead directly to two separate doors and room. There is also a small kitchenette which is shared but for added convenience and privacy this room now features its own sink with basic kitchen essentials. look at last picture as this part of the room has changed.

Guest access
You'll have access to your own bedroom and private bathroom. there is a small kitchenette with, fridge, induction cooktop, microwave/air fryer/toaster combo, and kitchen essentials. You can enjoy the backyard and patio space too.

During your stay
I may not be around much as I no longer live on the premises, but I am only five minutes away and can be there in a moments notice if need be!

Other things to note
You are booking a private basement room with one full size bed and connecting private bathroom. There is a couch area and wide workstation for business travelers. Main entrance, kitchenette and laundry are shared with one other guest.

Quaint private bedroom and bathroom in 4 bedroom ground floor condo. Back porch opens up to woods -very private. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes cutlery pots pans etc. Each bedroom has a desk, chair, bed, shelving unit, and nightstands, bedding and towels.. Come enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place - within biking distance to unc, downtown chapel hill and carrboro. Centrally located with easy access to hwy 54 and hwy 15501.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. I accept 28 day stays or more requests, one person to a room. Only rent to adults 25 years & up. No children, no pets can stay.

My home has three bedrooms, a loft area 2.5 baths located 15 -20 min from Duke University, Downtown Durham, Hwy 40, Hwy 70, Hwy 85, Hwy 540 & 10 mins from RTP. 10 mins from Briar Creek movie theater, restaurants & shopping.

It’s in aquiet/safe neighborhood with food lion, restaurants, pharmacy

The space
Guests can use the common areas of the house kitchen, living room, loft - general Business area - use Desk with chair, Porch chairs, exercise living room, living room where there is a TV, screened in Porch, lounge chairs available for yard. Guest cannot use my address.

Fully furnished house with cooking equipment or utensils, bed sheets, towels, internet access, community pool, washer and dryer.

utilities: Please turn off lights when u leave your room.? Showers shouldn't be more than 15 to 20 mins. Excess will be billed to you.

Please stay in kitchen while cooking. Use Fan while cooking, avoid frying smelly fish, prefer baking or air fry. Please spray room spray after cooking, so it doesn't hold cooking smell in the home.

Washer available, allow 2 wash loads a week, use the "quick wash 36 mins" setting only. If you need to wash your clothes longer, use laundromat.

Unfortunately, people have abused the washer privilege, like over loading & using 60 minutes cycles for a few items. If I find that you are abusing the washer, I will ask you to wash your clothes outside the home.

Parking in the driveway, if there are 2 guests, I will park on the street. Guest park in driveway. If your car has an oil leak please do not park in driveway or street, you will have to park in public parking lot and walk to the house.

Oil leaks do not come off driveway or road, please understand $100.00 fine if you leave an oil stain.

During your stay
You will be sharing the home with me, occasionally will go away on a weekend, I would let u know if I’m planning to. Due to insurance policy I only allow “guests”to occupy the house. Pls no outside guest in home.

Would be available by phone on weekends 24/7 if I’m not at home.

During week, my work hours are 7:00 - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, weekends I’m home.

Other things to note
Please very strict rule due to medical reason no smokers of any kind inside and/or outside of home.

Please Take off shoes at the door, bring a pair of flip flops or slippers Thank you 😃
No illegal drug use

No burning candles in room.

No third party personal inquiries or bookings are allowed, any person booking or inquiry needs to be one of the guest staying in the room.

Third party persons bookings for business travelers is allowed.

Please do not flush paper towels or menstruation products down toilet, please be mindful not to use excessive amount of toilet paper at one time which causes the toilet to clog. use. Please report all clogged toilets - guests will pay for Plummer cost and/or any damage caused to my home if toilet overflows, and is unable to clear clog.

Clean up living areas after using ex: kitchen - do dishes.

Please don’t overload washer or dryer. ,
Mandatory to use HE washer products, be sure to clean out dryer filter before turning on the dryer.

Cleaning fee will apply when you leave a mess. Please use trash can for items thst can’t be recycled. Recycle your water bottles, plastic, bottles. Please use the recycle bin review the list.

You are responsible to clean bathroom tub countertop mirror there are cleaning products under sink. Use hand towels, do not flush paper towels down the toilet. If you have any questions please let me know.,

Wash your sheets once a week to avoid odor in the sheets & mattress damage.

If you cook & use dishes & pans please put the dishes & pans that you used away.
