This unit B106 is located on the first floor and offers direct access to the beach from the unit. Entering the unit there is alaundry room directly on your right. Turning down the hallway into the open floor plan living area you will find afully equipped kitchen with bar seating on your left. Alarge pub height dining table for four in centered in the middle of the large room. Ahead is the living room with stunning ocean views, flat screen TV and sliding glass doors onto the large beach front deck. This room also has aqueen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

To the right of the living area is a hallway to the units' two bedrooms. To the left is the master bedroom. This bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, private bathroom and sliding glass door out to the ocean front deck. Down the hallway is the second bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is located in between the two bedrooms. The second bedroom located on the sound side of the unit and has two twin beds and a sliding glass door out to the private sound view deck.

While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. **Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: *Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. Third row with a 2 minute walk to public access. No public parking so beach is pretty private. No house second or fourth row. Very private and surrounded by oaks. You'll think you're living in a treehouse. Recently remodeled and decorated. Rental is one of two units (duplex). The other unit is not a vacation rental.

The "extra" touches did not go unnoticed, it was SO nice having the bikes & the beach chairs! The cornhole boards were such a nice surprise. The master bedroom is very roomy with 2 big closets and lots of drawer space. There were lots of puzzles, games and books available to keep us occupied as well. Guests staying at “Tide-the-Knot" have the privilege of relishing the oceanfront setting with private beach access and full access to the clubhouse amenities, which include a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, playground, basketball hoop, boat launch/storage, and a day dock.

This tranquil, recently renovated condo comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Thoughtfully adorned, the condo provides all the essentials for an enjoyable beach vacation. Upon entering, a small foyer leads to the laundry room on the right, while the rest of the condo is accessible through a hallway to the left. The modern well-equipped kitchen, complete with bar seating, is perfect for socializing with the chef. A dining table with seating for eight is situated directly in front of the kitchen.

Wake up to the sun’s first light over the ocean from the king-sized bed in the master bedroom. This was the inspiration for the condo’s new name: Horizon Shine. A watercolor mural brings the ocean view in from the outside. Sliding glass doors open onto the oceanfront deck, bringing the sea breeze right into the room. Step outside and lounge on the raised Adirondack chairs with your coffee first thing in the morning.

In the second bedroom, two twin beds offer a beautiful view of the sunset over the sound and a deck with views of the Intracoastal waterway.

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season.

(Open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day) Enjoy a playground for the young kids + basketball goal for the older kids. The townhome’s 1st floor has canal & sound access right off the back deck and the beach is a short 200 yd walk.

- "When we arrived at the condo, the floors were well cleaned and all the counters and surfaces seemed wiped down. the sheets and towels were all fresh and clean which was very nice. some of the dishes had food still on them but I can't really hold that against the rental agency. All-in-all the condo was in decent condition. You can tell it's an older building so it has a charm to it that new ones don't. My biggest concern was the floors: they were tile flooring throughout the condo and the grout had come loose on a lot of tiles. so as you were walking you could feel the tiles shifting below your feet. Other than that, the condo was great. Also, Some things to know first off, the condo is smaller, there is no dishwasher, and the walls are thin. But, the quality of the condo is all about what you make of it. A smaller area means closer time with your family/friends. the price point on this condo was great and the walk to the beach from the front door was short and easy. not to mention you will be a 5 minute walk to the town where you can enjoy mini golf, a skating rinc, and plenty of stores and restaurants. "

This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.

The space
When you first arrive at Queen's Grant you will find parking for the Building A units outside of the gated driveway. Additional parking is available inside the gated parking area but please note that there is a limit of 2 cars per unit. Parking passes will be provided once you check in to the condo. Head to the stairs and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started!

The beautiful view of the ocean greets you as you walk in, and you can instantly relax knowing that you are going to have a great vacation. Immediately to your right, in the entry hall, you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use. Next, you will come to the modern kitchen with crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all of your basic cooking needs in order to whip up amazing meals for your family. The dining table offers seating for 6, with an additional 3 stools located at the kitchen bar. Kick your shoes off and relax on the comfortable couches and chairs provided in the living area. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large wall-mounted Flat Screen Smart TV, or just soak in the beach view through the sliding glass patio doors. Step out to your own private covered deck where you can feel the ocean breeze calling your name. Captain's chairs and tables are provided so you can sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning as you watch the sun come up and the island come to life. An electric grill is provided so you can safely cookout without leaving the condo.

The Master bedroom is located oceanfront off the living room and offers a king-sized bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, and a private full bath with a luxury tiled shower and vanity sink. This room also has access to the oceanfront deck. The middle bedroom offers a Double with Twin Loft Bed. The final bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and access to the street-side covered deck. These two bedrooms share a full bath that is conveniently located in the hall and offers a shower-tub combo and vanity sink.

Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach access for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool that is open seasonally. Typically it is open from May through September, but weather permitting the operational dates may be extended. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
