- "Let me first out saying on the hotel. Com post there no where saying you have to bring your own towels, wash rugs bed sheet, toilet paper, paper towels, garage bags, pillowcases gosh half of your house. They tell you that after you book the property. Then you get there the place is dirty the floor is covered in sand. We found 5 crock roaches they tried to say they are water beds umm no the ceiling fans were so dusty we couldn't use them. Also to top it off also there was missing fire alarm and look like they was not working there was not lights on. My dog found cheerios from another guest on the floor. My son's bed had sand in it and the cover looked like it had old blood stains. My husband's and my bed head board The pictures of the nice furniture they show outside is a joke its nothing like what they show. I talked to the manger shd asked if I want them to come reclean it HELLO it should have already been cleaned with covid 19 going on. I called her back again because of the dust and roaches because my son is allergic to them and never heard back from her. My son's girlfriend was allergic to the dust. I was would start feeling bad when I went into the home. The lady the answers the phone for the property called after our trip asked how our trip was I told her the issues she told me they been having trouble with the cleaning people and she is sorry wow sorry while we stay in a dirty house all week. The promotion they had at the time of our stay of forgoing housekeeping for resort credit or a snack pack was a nice perk. Parking was good and valet service was available. - "The pics on the website don't do this justice. 2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms stocked kitchen. Pool was a 1 minute walk from our door. Ping pong and pool table. This is not on the beach but a 5 min drive. We actually drove to a different beach everyday which suited our family better. We loved sunset beach which was 30 min away. Myrtle beach was 30 minutes away. Our washer broke but the Chris from maintainance fixed it within an hour and a half. The only complaint was that water pressure was low but not a big deal. Bring coffee and coffee filters! Perfect for families. There weren't any party type young adults."

A new city council ordinance states that shading devices other than umbrellas will not be permitted for use on the beach.

This condo offers stunning ocean views from its 6th-floor balcony, with easy beach access just steps away. Located near attractions, shops, and restaurants, it’s perfect for families seeking either a relaxing retreat or an exciting getaway. An on-site washer and dryer is located in the building as well.

The living room provides cozy, comfortable seating, ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The couch is also a queen sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essentials, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. A keurig coffee maker is available for that early-morning boost you made need to get Vacation going.

There is also a lazy river, sauna, Gym, and Poolside Café. Come explore the wonderful city of North Myrtle Beach and enjoy all the local cuisine, attractions, and events. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The space
This spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment will welcome you to a spacious hallway. You will first run into the Queen suite with a Queen bed, its own private stand-up shower, toilet, and sink. This room will also have a smart tv and dresser to store your items. Across from the queen suite, is the Double Queen bedroom with closet storage, smart tv, dresser, and private access to the hallway bathroom. Next is the private fully equipped kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances to make sure your stay is comfortable. On the other side of the kitchen is the dining and living area. The dining area will comfortably seat 6 people. the living area has comfortable seating with a smart tv and balcony access. The master bedroom is located off the living area and has its own private bathroom, closet, smart tv, and balcony access. The balcony has enough room for two patio sets and enough space for you and your guest.

Towels are provided at the beginning of your stay, along with starter amenities like dish soap, paper towels, and a small supply of toiletries.
