Finally, Seascape Villas are located in Wild Dunes Resort. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from mid April to October 1 depending on the weather and maintenance. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres. Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State”, Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails. The Links Golf Course Clubhouse is adjacent to property for golf enthusiasts. The Harbor Course is only a short drive from condo.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! A new HVAC unit was installed in 2025. In 2024, the master bath was remodeled with a large marble tiled walk-in shower with glass doors for easy access. Also, all windows were replaced with hurricane proof double panel windows. New flooring was added throughout the condo in 2022.

Just finished complete renovation! Professionally decorated, we left no stone unturned in our complete overhaul! New Kitchen, new bath, new flooring, new washer/dryer, all new furnishings! "Ocean Breeze" Port O' Call one bedroom (Ground Floor!) unit that is almost ocean front! With views that make you feel like you are "on the beach" (without paying oceanfront pricing) this is the perfect condo to begin your Wild Dunes vacation. Just steps from the beach, we feel like we have picked the perfect get-away. Our "Ocean Breeze" condo offers a king bed in the master, a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and another pull out twin sleeper chair in the dividing entry hallway.

This condo, while small, lives big. The large entry way divides the nice sized master (with wonderful ocean views) from the generous living area (again with wonderful ocean views)

On one side of the entry you will find an open style living area that encompasses both the kitchen and breakfast nook. While the living room, itself, has fabulous ocean views, the kitchen and breakfast nook overlook a cool, oak shaded common area for Port o' Call. We made sure to have a pull out queen sleeper sofa so extra sleeping is provided if you need it.

On the other side of the large entry way is the generous master bedroom with a king bed that is situated so that if you choose, you can have coffee in bed, while enjoying the stunning beach views to watch the sunrise! The common bathroom opens to both the master and the rest of the condo - giving easy access to all.

To make sure that everyone has a nice place to sleep, we have also added a twin pull out sleeper in the entry hall and even a TV mounted on the wall so that everyone will feel they have their own separate space.

Lets not forget the space where everyone will want to hang out - the screened porch - with full beach views. Both the living room and the master both open to the porch, which opens to the path leading straight to the beach. This condo is 15 seconds from the sand dunes at the beach!

You will have full access to the Port O' Call oceanfront swimming pool.

What sets "Ocean Breeze" apart from the boring everyday rental (besides the wonderful beach views) is the special touches of 100% soft 350 count cotton sateen bedding (perfect when you have had just a little too much sun) soft down pillows (2 down-filled pillows provided per person per bed) We have wall-mounted flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom, both with over 200 channels. In addition we have a wall-mounted Smart TV in foyer available for streaming services. High Speed WIFI so that everyone can "stay in touch".

Our teen and 11 yr old shared the queen pullout and slept great. Make sure to go out to beach and walk to the left or north, less people and beautiful with great shells! I never had to contact anyone while there but before they were prompt to answer my questions. We would def stay here again!"

Perfect for small families, girls' weekends, or a couple's getaway, this cute condo located at the Ocean Inn on Isle of Palms, is privately owned and maintained. It is nicely appointed with all you might need for a relaxing stay at the beach that won't break the bank. Don't think of it as a condo at the beach - think of it as our 'guest room', fixed up for you with all that you need for a great get-away.

What's inside:
This large STUDIO condo sleeps 3 with 1 King-sized bed (Black Label Simmons Beautyrest) and one full-sized convertible bed (futon), both in the sleeping area. There is no door to the sleeping area. * Please note that this is a downstairs unit and it is likely you will hear floor noise from upstairs. Guests upstairs are asked to be mindful of activities that might create disturbance below. *

There is one full bathroom with shower.

Kitchen has a convection-microwave for quick microwaving that can also be used for REAL OVEN BAKING for pizza, cookies, casseroles, etc. There is a drip-style coffee maker, "SINGLE-BURNER" NuWave induction cook-top with essential pots and pans to use with it, toaster, dishwasher (a big plus!!) and refrigerator with freezer. There is a full complement of dishes, drink ware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils. There are utensils for the grill as well. There is no full-sized "oven/stove" per se, but there are small appliances to fulfill needs for scrambling eggs or baking a lasagne.

The dining table seats 2 or 4. (There are extra bench seats in the condo.) Wall-mounted flat screen TV can be adjusted and seen from the bedroom or dining area.

You are welcome to use the beach equipment that lives in the closet.

What's outside:

The Ocean Inn features a private pool, free parking (a commodity on the island!), and coined laundry facilities which happen to be conveniently located a few doors down from our condo. Just 20 steps away is an outdoor seating area with a grill and picnic table where it is common for guests to congregate for happy hour and burgers on the grill. This is a great spot in the complex where neighboring guests become friends, often returning year after year. The pool is on the other side of the building so when there is pool noise, you won't hear it. (An added bonus!!) When you open your front door, you might hear music coming from the beach front area, but you won't appreciate being a half block away until you go around the corner and the music gets louder! Staying ocean front isn't always what it's cracked up to be – there is a reason why there is a city-wide 10pm noise ordinance. It will be nice and quiet here.

Best of all:
The furriest member of the family doesn't have to miss out on all the fun! Dogs only -PLEASE PREAPPROVE PETS OVER 20# - SOME LARGER DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Reservation will be cancelled if not able to host your pet. Pet fees are according to weight and are required for your pooch to stay. Fee is added on as an extra guest fee. There is a vet clinic right down the street plus an emergency clinic and pet stores in Mt Pleasant for all your pup's needs.

If you are not traveling with Rover, have no fear - our place is well-maintained and will not have any tell-tale signs of animals ever curling up to sleep here.

The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator and all you might need for simple meal prep- microwave, portable induction cook top*(no actual stove/oven), toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, pizza cooker, utensils and all essential dishes, glassware, cups and flatware. *Appropriate steel-bottomed saute pan and soup pot are provided.

When you walk into this colorful condo it feels bright and beachy with two large windows and a skylight allowing lots of natural light to brighten the space. Black out shades have been installed for privacy and so that outdoor lighting won’t be a bother at night.
Outside on the deck are 2 cypress captain's chairs and a table, great for reading or just relaxing. Concerned about missing the big game or what to do if it’s raining? Don’t worry, a 48 inch LG Smart TV is available for your viewing pleasure.

This condo offers free onsite parking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private pool (non-heated) for guests to use. Also on site are two grilling locations with picnic seating and a small coin laundry.

The BEACH is a block away. Please feel free to use the beach chairs (2 high seats, 2 low seats) and beach umbrella. (SAVE $$ on rental fees) A cart and drink cooler are available to use as you enjoy the sun, sand and sea. For fun on the beach there are 3 boogie boards, sand toys and other beach games such as Bocce stored in the closet. Please spray off all beach items and allow to dry on the deck and then return to the closet. Three beach towels are provided for use during your stay. All you need to provide is the sunscreen!

The Ocean Inn is a couple minutes walking distance to a variety of great restaurants, a Spa, beachfront shopping, scooter/bike rentals and Shaka Shack soft soft serve ice cream. Many guests love Café Paname which is adjacent to our building. A 7-11 quick-mart is right around the corner and both the Post Office and a Harris Teeter are a few blocks away.

Isle of Palms County Park is beachfront on the north side of the pier and offers a playground and a sand volleyball court.

Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive away where there is so much to do. A few ideas are- shopping at The Market, taking a carriage ride, visiting The Battery and Rainbow Row or taking one of the many guided tours. Patriot's Point, Fort Sumter and Boone Hall Plantation offer great historical adventures.

Isle of Palms is a quiet and safe beach community but safety still counts and this condo has it! The door codes are changed with each guest. There are 2 smoke detectors, one is also a CO2 detector and this complex is located across the street from the police/ fire station.

*This is a 2nd floor unit; there are no elevators on this property. There are 18 steps with a landing about halfway up.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel, hand towel and wash cloth per guest as well as three beach towels.

Located in the charming Sea Cabins Condominium complex, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo doesn't sacrifice on amenities, and has everything you need for a quick escape to the shore. This property enjoys access to community amenities such as a private fishing pier and spacious resort-style pool with a kiddie pool!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• Full Disclosure: There is a small bunk bed built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
• We have upgraded the standard mattress to a luxury, custom sized one that is very comfortable!
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• 1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated at $3 per load or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a coffee maker as well for your morning coffee or tea!

The living area is furnished with a comfy chair, and a sofa that folds out into a queen-size sleeper. A new plush mattress topper can be found in the bedroom closet to add to the sleeper sofa! You'll find a compact dining set for four, in addition to a flat-screen TV that has cable access. For those who like to enjoy the outside air and soak up the ocean views, you'll find entrance to the balcony through the sliding glass doors. Furnished with outdoor chairs, this area is perfect for a bit of post-beach relaxation. Free Wi-Fi in this property, along with cable, seal the deal when it comes to electronic amenities!

Inside, you'll find the main bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed, and its own personal TV. The full bathroom offers a shower tub combo. If you should wish to rent bikes or beach gear, you'll find several local companies nearby.

This property enjoys an unbeatable location right in the center of Isle of Palms, within walking distance from the county park and local nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. The Sea Cabin Condominiums each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. Shopping, fantastic dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Completely renovated, we’re talking about replacing everything….walls, ceiling, doors, cabinets, windows, floors. We also expanded the kitchen and raised the ceilings in the kitchen and foyer to not only create more space, but also to make it feel just right. Because it is a top floor, end unit it is also much quieter than many of the other units.

This is not your typical beach condo. The owner tastefully chose the art, installed the sound system, selected the furnishings and stocked the kitchen. We don’t want you to miss anything that would add to the enjoyment of your stay!

While this is a perfect unit for a couple, it is not designed for a family. Close to the activities and amenities of Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and Mt. Pleasant and a short drive to Charleston, you’ll run out of time before you can do all you want. Grab a cocktail, our Bose Bluetooth speaker, a good book and enjoy the views of the ocean and the sunset from the Widow’s Walk. It’ll be hard to leave!

The world renowned Wild Dunes Resort has two championship 18-hole golf courses and multiple practice facilities. The Links Course clubhouse is just a good 4 iron away from B104 with a pro shop, full service bar and restaurant. Hiking, biking and running trails are all available resort recreation options.

Wild Dunes Resort has multiple dining options. Downtown Charleston and all of its attractions is just a 17- mile drive or Uber away.

The space
This spacious STUDIO CONDO is located on the second floor up where the beach breeze is fresh and clear. It comfortably accommodates 3 with a king sleigh bed featuring a premium Beaufain mattress and a twin sofa bed.

There is a work/eating space with TMobile WiFi and a beautiful renovated full bath. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator and all you might need for simple meal prep- microwave, portable induction cook top*(no actual stove/oven), toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, pizza cooker, utensils and all essential dishes, glassware, cups and flatware. *Appropriate steel-bottomed saute pan and soup pot are provided.

When you walk into this colorful condo it feels bright and beachy with two large windows and a skylight allowing lots of natural light to brighten the space. Black out shades have been installed for privacy and so that outdoor lighting won’t be a bother at night.
Outside on the deck are 2 cypress captain's chairs and a table, great for reading or just relaxing. Concerned about missing the big game or what to do if it’s raining? Don’t worry, a 48 inch LG Smart TV is available for your viewing pleasure.

This condo offers free onsite parking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private pool (non-heated) for guests to use. Also on site are two grilling locations with picnic seating and a small coin laundry.

The BEACH is a block away. Please feel free to use the beach chairs (2 high seats, 2 low seats) and beach umbrella (SAVE $$ on rental fees). A cart and drink cooler are available to use as you enjoy the sun, sand and sea. For fun on the beach there are 3 boogie boards, sand toys and other beach games such as Bocce stored in the closet. Please spray off all beach items and allow to dry on the deck and then return to the closet. Three beach towels are provided for use during your stay. All you need to provide is the sunscreen!

The Ocean Inn is a couple minutes walking distance to a variety of great restaurants, a Spa, beachfront shopping, scooter/bike rentals and Shaka Shack soft soft serve ice cream. Many guests love Café Paname which is adjacent to our building. A 7-11 quick-mart is right around the corner and both the Post Office and a Harris Teeter are a few blocks away.

Isle of Palms County Park is beachfront on the north side of the pier and offers a playground and a sand volleyball court.

Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive away where there is so much to do. A few ideas are- shopping at The Market, taking a carriage ride, visiting The Battery and Rainbow Row or taking one of the many guided tours. Patriot's Point, Fort Sumter and Boone Hall Plantation offer great historical adventures.

Isle of Palms is a quiet and safe beach community but safety still counts and this condo has it! The door codes are changed with each guest. There are 2 smoke detectors, one is also a CO2 detector and this complex is located across the street from the police/ fire station.

A note from the owners: It’s been exciting to renovate this unit and we hope it adds to your enjoyment. Our family loves staying here and we hope you will too.

*This is a 2nd floor unit; there are no elevators on this property. There are 18 steps with a landing about halfway up.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel, hand towel and wash cloth per guest as well as three beach towels.
