Our second floor condominium in private, gated Pawleys Plantation features vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the 11th fairway. Bright and serene, the unit is comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a screened-in balcony, and washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a door to the screened-in balcony, with a full bathroom just off of the room. The second bedroom is located at the front of the unit, with two queen size beds and a full bathroom. - "Enjoyed our time there!" - "Thank you to the very responsive hosts willing to cancel our reservation at the last minute due to Hurricane Debby. But, since the activity we were planning was not cancelled due to the hurricane we were able to come and stay. The unit location was perfect for our purposes since we were within a short walk of the golf clubhouse. The pool was nearby, too. Ample parking. Quiet neighborhood. The unit was beautifully furnished and decorated. The hosts put a lot of thought into the details and supplied everything necessary in their condo, too. The only thing we missed was the laundry detergent. We loved putting together the puzzle we found in the closet. One negative I would point out is the lack of detail when it comes to cleaning. The fans in both bedrooms were very dusty, so were the fixtures, picture frames, doors, and vents. We also spotted two live palmetto bugs, but it was summer in South Carolina after all, so I gues it should be expected. We would definitely come and stay in your unit again! "

This is truly our "Happy Place" and sure to be yours as well. We work hard and when we step away to take a break this is where we can truly recharge. We recently renovated the condo and upgraded with beautiful stainless appliances and quartz countertops, LVP flooring and paint and best yet, the furnishings and beds are super comfortable, medium firm. We made sure it has everything you could need in the kitchen so you don't have to go out if you don't want to. But no worries... it's Pawleys Island so there are plenty of great restaurants if you don't think staying in is relaxing.

This is our 2nd condo here in True Blue II. Our other is also a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath units suited very similarly to this one just steps away. Take a look at VRBO# 586240. It is a 3rd floor unit which offers Extraordinary views and privacy. Stay close to friends and family by booking them together.

True Blue is one of many world class golf course and we overlook the lake and #4 Fairway! We have the most private and tranquil views of the course. We are located on the 1st floor. The condo comfortably sleeps four; King bed in primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest/2nd bedroom.

The primary bedroom includes a private on bathroom with tub/shower. The room is suited with a 42" flat screen television, reading lamps, armoire and two night stands with suitcase rack and large closet for your convenience. The second bedroom includes Queen bed, a 5 drawer dresser, night stand with reading lamp, and a large closet. There is a full bathroom (shower) directly across the hall.

Relax in the evening with a drink on the screened in porch while watching the sun set over the water and greens. The porch is also ground level. We keep it locked for the protection of both guest and our belongings.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your every meal or just a quick snack. For your entertaining with ease we have a blender and plastic tumbler cups so your safe at the pool as you serve up your favorite smoothie or pina colada.

The dining area offers a countertop height table that comfortably seats 2 to 4 with additional seating on the island. The living room seats 4-5 of your friends & family. Relax and watch the 50" HDTV flat screen Roku smart television. We have high speed internet for remote working (as we do often) our door lock system is tied to the Alexa Dot but guests can use the Dot for music, news and even ocean sounds which is helpful since this is a ground floor unit so exterior and other resident noise factors can be present.

The colors are calm earth tone furnishings, grey interior walls, making this a calm and relaxing atmosphere you will want to visit again & again! Lines and towels are provided, as well as some cleaning products, small vacuum and swiffer, etc.

Our family spends as much time in Pawleys Island as possible so we've stocked it with almost everything we could think of to make our trips to Pawley's as relaxing as possible.

Welcome to your next vacation home. We want you to sit back and enjoy yourself. The condo is on the third floor overlooking the 4th hole on the True Blue golf course in Pawleys Island. To ensure your peace of mind the condo is cleaned professionally after each guest. We hope you can take some much-needed time away from home.
We are constantly upgrading the condo to make your stay more enjoyable. A complete kitchen remodel with new appliances, granite countertops, new plank vinyl flooring, and interior painting was finished in October 2023. Being on the top floor, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo has vaulted ceilings in the living room area. No neighbors above you. The master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-sized inflatable mattress. Linens are provided for all the beds including the inflatable mattress. A 50” smart TV is mounted in the living area and is easily viewed from the kitchen area. There is a 43“ smart TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs have built-in ROKU which allows you to view your own Amazon, Netflix, YouTube TV, or other streaming media channels. There is now a 43" Insignia 4K Fire TV in the second bedroom. A great TV to play video games on. Of course, free WiFi is provided. We replaced the coaches in the living room to be even more pet-friendly.
The kitchen is well equipped with a new refrigerator with an ice maker and a new flat-top stove. An automatic dishwasher, new in 2022, and a garbage disposer (also new in 2022) make quick work of cleaning up while you are on vacation. You will find about anything you need to prepare a full meal or a quick snack including a microwave and toaster oven. For those who need their morning coffee, there is a coffee grinder and maker. For those who like their protein shakes, or a refreshing smoothie or pina colada there is an Oster blender. The kitchen table seats four but for those with bigger families or for your guests, there is an extra leaf insert for the table. Stools are available to hang out near the kitchen counter. There is a full-sized washer and dryer off of the kitchen. You can "tour" the inside of the condo with our recently added 3D virtual tour feature which can be found with the photos.
When not at the beach, there are numerous golf courses open year-round. There are so many neat places to shop. Take time to visit Brookgreen Gardens. On rainy days, there is a variety of puzzles or games to play. The ultimate relaxation is to just sit on the screened-in porch watching the golfers play the 4th hole or in the evening the beautiful sunset over the pond. Keep your eyes out for the local alligators who live in the pond. The pool and hot tub with an outdoor shower are just a few steps away. The condo complex is less than a 3-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, or shops. Two beach parking lots are only 6 and 7 minutes away. Huntington Beach State Park is about a15 minute drive. (A parking pass is included to use during your stay). Charleston is an easy day trip only 90 minutes away while Myrtle Beach is only a 45-minute drive.

Pawleys Island is the nations oldest seaside resort and is one of South Carolina’s best-kept secrets. Just a few minutes from the beach, our condo is nestled in the treetops in Pawleys Plantation – a golf and vacation community with immeasurable charm. This condo is perfectly suited for one or two couples or a small family.

This is a second (top) floor condo in a Low Country style fourplex overlooking the 11th green on a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. It has vaulted ceilings, is shaded by trees, and is filled with upscale, comfortable furniture and décor. During the months of April to September we ask for weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday.

The swimming pool, for residents and their guests, is conveniently located just across the street and open from May thru September.

Recently remodeled, the galley kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with everything anyone who loves to cook.

The dining area features a 48” round table with 4 chairs (more chairs are in the condo for use at the table).

The comfortable airy living area is bright and sunny and tastefully furnished for your enjoyment. The television is a 32” flat screen -there is also a DVD player.

At the end of the living room are sliding glass doors, which open onto a screened porch getaway room furnished with a small table and chairs and two comfy chairs for reading or watching the golfers go by. This space is protected by installed vinyl sliders for year round use.

There are 2 full bathrooms – one for each bedroom.

The master bedroom is a spacious room with a very comfortable king-size bed with good reading lights on each side of the bed.

The second bedroom with bath is on the front of the building. It is separate from the other bedroom, which affords good privacy. There are 2 queen beds.

Ceiling fans are located in all the living spaces of the unit.

Pawleys Plantation golf course and Pub are available to you during your stay.

This is a very popular, upscale, golf and beach lovers condo, located on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit building located in Pawley's Plantation Golf Resort and Country Club. The first bedroom en suite is located at the front of the condo and the master en suite is located at the back of the condo with access to the vinyl enclosed porch. This feature gives you the privacy you look for when traveling with others! The best part is we are tucked away in a private gated community.
We have added beautiful wood floors in the living room, Master bedroom & 2nd bedroom en suite. We’ve put wood flooring in both bathrooms and in our 4 season room. we have added new bedding, furniture and art work making it even more comfortable and special.

Additionally, we made our screened porch into a 4 season retreat with vinyl sliders and overhead fan, a spot where you can spend hours relaxing or watch the golfers play!

You can unwind with a beverage on the front porch rockers. A short walk to the owners pool where guests can take a dip and take in the sun or have a bite to eat at the Palmetto Pub in the clubhouse.

We have purchased his and her cruise bikes for all of you cruisers. Enjoy endless rides throughout Pawley's. We also provide bike helmets for your protection and bicycle pumps.

For beach lovers we have it all! Rolling cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, - just bring sunscreen! After the beach we have a hose on the ground floor to hose off the sand on the chairs, cooler umbrella and yourself so sand isn't making it into the condo. If you bring your dog to the beach please rinse the sand off of them.

We have replaced the linoleum kitchen counters and wet bar with beautiful granite in March, 2021. The kitchen and dining area are beautifully tiled. We offer a few area rugs, otherwise carpet free!

Our personally owned and maintained 1 bedroom (perfect size for a couple or family with 2 small children) ,1 bath, galley kitchen, unit of Bridgewater is an oceanfront condo building located within the 24- hour security patrolled gated community of Litchfield by the Sea. Since we are personally owned and operated, we email you all your check in information ahead of time, so you just have to park the car, open the door, and unpack. No waiting in LONG lines at the reception office!! We are not managed by Litchfield By The Sea, so we have our own personal cleaning company come in and do a impeccable top to bottom cleaning. The unit sleeps 4 max and is located on the 2nd floor with easy access from 3 elevators. Our condo has 2 queen size Tempur-Pedic mattresses, wooden laminate flooring, and flat screen HD TVs in living room and bedroom. The onsite laundry room for the Bridgewater building is conveniently located on the same floor, about 5 doors away. An all season indoor swimming pool is located inside on the first level with a hot tub as well. There are miles of biking. Rentals are available at the Reception building of Litchfield, and paths lead all the way to Murrells Inlet. Walking paths, lakeside fishing, and close proximity to many golf courses are all at your fingertips. You have your own private access to the beach from the oceanfront Bridgewater building. Beach chaise lounge chairs/umbrella are avail for rental and will be set up for you at the beach with your name on them. Our condo has a fabulous ocean view, overlooking the oceanfront pool, hot tub and lazy river. You have a wide open view of the Atlantic Ocean. If you need more entertainment, you are 20 minutes south of Myrtle Beach, or 15 minutes north of historic Georgetown. You are 5 minutes away from the "Seafood Capital of SC", Murrell's Inlet. Our 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is within the gated community of Pawleys Plantation, over looking the 10th tee box of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course.

Come and relax on our screened porch while you plan your vacation time which might include a trip to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park or any of the 3 beautiful beaches all within a 20 minute drive. Choose from a great selection of restaurants, shopping, fishing areas and water sports. The seafood capital of SC is also within a 20 minute drive or maybe you'll choose to visit Myrtle Beach or historic Georgetown! We invite you to see all that Pawleys Island has to offer.

Welcome to The Caddy Shack. Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses.

Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

The space
All the amenities of home in a spacious tiny home!
King sized super comfy bed that feels like sleeping on clouds, big super sized Tub/shower. Large walk-in closet with shelving. The kitchen has all the creature comforts you could want including dishwasher, oven/stove, big kitchen island with seating, coffee maker and small air fryer. Equipped with pots and pans and cutlery as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, all you need is your toothbrush and your clothes and what your mama gave you, and you will be set!

You also have a nice big deck with picnic table for your own personal use, a shared laundry, and a bbq for your own use. On the property you have about 1/4 acre to yourself so feel free to bring your toys. We love to play fetch with our tiny dogs that match the tiny house. But don’t worry each unit has an entirely separate yard from each other. There is an ev/rv 50 amp charger at the entrance of your unit located on the backside of the power panel.

Wonderful one bedroom Summer House Villa located near the private seaside community of Litchfield By the Sea. This unit features a full kitchen with updated kitchenware including both a keurig and drip coffee maker, and living room with flat screen TV. The unit also features a private bedroom with two QUEEN size beds, with new pillows, flat screen TV and a full size bathroom. Just off the living room is a balcony that faces the water park and pool area with plenty of seating. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room perfect for kids. There are also South Carolina landmarks such as Atalaya, the picturesque, Moorish-style winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, philanthropist and sculptor, respectively, who left the park and adjacent Brookgreen Gardens as their legacy.

Nature lovers also will enjoy the park’s Nature Center and wide variety of programming, including the chance to see loggerhead turtles and other endangered plant and animal species up close. The park’s freshwater lake is a sure-fire place to see alligators and sometimes even a mink or two.
